Katsucon is a beautiful eutopian paradise where cosplayers gather to show their love for the culture in truly the most scenic area in the National Harbor, MD…the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. Every February when the convention is in full gear all the cosplayers bring out their best “gear” to show their love and admiration for the anime & pop culture community. This year marks the 25th anniversary for when Katsucon began and what better way to mark the occasion with a four-part Director’s Cut Cosplay Music Video. Get ready for cosplay overload in the fourth and final installment of this Katuscon 2019 quadrilogy.
