For anyone wondering the super smelter does work but you have to pay close attention to what hes saying in the video, for me it didn't work originally because the hoppers weren't connected to each other thereby not allowing them to pass the ore into the chest
This base is great for what it has, but it does not have everything. Request: Build a base that has crop farms, animal pens, an enchanting area, a super smelter with built-in infinite fuel, a crafting area with all 6 crafting blocks, a bedroom with an armor stand, a sugarcane farm, a toggleable nether portal, a brewing area with a nether wart farm, a massive storage area, and a villager trading hall.
he never said it had everything he just said it was ultimate which I think still rings true. Like he implied and said it’s not the last house/base you’ll ever have but it will help get you to the end game

You are very entitled aren’t you lol. Can you not make a base for yourself? I’m pretty sure he makes these more for inspiration for your builds, not for you to be lazy and demand that he builds something that meets all of your individual needs. Grow up and do your own stuff

Great build, I changed it up a bit by using spruce except oak and dark oak except spruce as I wanted the build darker (and I prefer spruce) looks great
Spent 7 hours so far in a pre-diamonds world building your base in survival. Hardest part is the wood, and the azalea I'm still looking for. Base feels pretty nice though, and while expensive I've made more expensive builds on other worlds. For a base that works at any point of the game, this one works very well! :)
What I did personally since the super smelter doesn’t work in bedrock was that I made a little aquarium and it looks really nice. Other than that, I absolutely loved the build!
Sorry but i checked myself and yes, the super smelter does actually work you just need to make sure your hoppers are conected to eachother as that was my problem
No it doesn’t because the iron hopper mine cart was feeding into the coal chest and everything just went in to a single mine cart (so if that didn’t happen to you then idk :)

Great base but one issue, the auto smelter. I don't know if it's different for others but when I put my ore in the top chest, it gets transported down to the top minecart but then it transports it down to the chest for the other minecart hopper
4:19 don't forget to add light to it like lanterns and torches for mobs not to spawn,if the floor is slabs or have carpet on it i pretty much think mobs won't spawn Edit 1: I think that adding a nether portal in at the top and in the mine for quick acces for blocks or items from the nether, for the mine i don't really know but this build is awesome!
I don't know why, but the funnel system didn't work. When I put coal in the first chest and food/ore in the other, everything gets accumulated in one funnel and doesn't fit into the furnaces in the right way. I redid the system again and nothing works....

a couple notes: while the base is overall extremely beautiful and functional, it would mostly work ideally in creative for aesthetic or peaceful for basic functions. if you were to make this in survival, i think a couple of mob deterrents would be in order. the most essential is the disruption of flat walls to prevent spiders from climbing. the next would be adding some waterfalls, and more water in the base overall to prevent the chances of endermen. having cats is ideal to prevent creeper surprises. lighting should take care of the rest.
Please help For the super smelter part, I was testing it out with some raw iron but then I checked the furnaces and the iron ingots were just not there. Is this supposed to happen?

The only problem present in this was the super smelter. At 34:40 The Railroads do in fact connect. Even if you place a block to stop them from connecting. I hope there’s still a way to get around that.

for the top story farm I added stairs instead of slabs to make it centered. You can do the same, it aint any slower and it looks better.

a couple notes: while the base is overall extremely beautiful and functional, it would mostly work ideally in creative for aesthetic or peaceful for basic functions. if you were to make this in survival, i think a couple of mob deterrents would be in order. the most essential is the disruption of flat walls to prevent spiders from climbing. the next would be adding some waterfalls, and more water in the base overall to prevent the chances of endermen. having cats is ideal to prevent creeper surprises. lighting should take care of the rest.
I think it should be more closed in like put fence or glass by the crops and the underground design yk?
At the smelter my rails are connected and i don t know what to do.😢

For the super smelter part, I was testing it out with some raw iron but then I checked the furnaces and the iron ingots were just not there. Is this supposed to happen?

But i think i spent like 3 hours gathering materials lol.
If your playing bedrock then you might realize the super-smelter doesn’t work so just break the single chest and under it add a hopper chest
btw super smelter doesn’t work in bedrock edition

i put oak blocks and swapped the trapdoors for spruce slabs
nah imma just do all spruce trapdoors instead of campfires i aint gonna get 77 campfires today
The only problem present in this was the super smelter.
At 34:40 The Railroads do in fact connect. Even if you place a block to stop them from connecting.
I hope there’s still a way to get around that.
If you make the rail on the bottom one block longer than you need and then place the top rails it fixes it
It took me 10 minutes to figure it out but you make one longer than the other than you place the others than you break the one longer piece.
