The 5th part of my Staring into a Mirror to see if I Hallucinate series! I have stared into a mirror with a mask. I’ve stared into one while drunk. And now it’s time to stare into a mirror on no sleep to see if I hallucinate…

i did this at home and freaked out on the first hallucination nothing scarier then seeing your reflection start smiling at you at 4 in the morning
same thing happened to me. but i used phone screen as a substitute. since phone screen is black, it was a lot creepier

Meaning that you're really happy just the way u are, you're calm, you have peace, that's why the reflection of yourself smiles at you, meaning that u love yourself too much
I've never tried it, but it's my opinion from my world
Also if u can try this experiment with mannequins behind u would be great. I know this sounds super scary but I know u can do it. But still not forcing u to do this, do only if u want to do this.

Why would you not eat and drink for 2 day's . Before you go to eat you Mirror Gaze. You put your food and drink in front of the mirror you are going to gaze. I think strangs things will happen. You can sleep in the 2 day's without food and drink.
