First time cooking spare ribs on my pellet grill’

Next time you can try to rub yellow mustard first as a binder for your seasoning...it works great

Don't worry about the mustard, you put enough seasoning on them. And them joints look good. Go Camp Chef...

I never use a binder on anything and my bark comes out great. Those ribs look amazing !
