@@GabrielGreedy I was trained as a conscript to dig magnetic mines and that hovercrft absolutely would trigger it. We were trained that we couldn't even have shovels near the mines after activating them, hundreds of pounds of steel mere 30cm above the ground is not far enough to avoid triggering them. And if one makes a complete fiberglass/wood/plastic hovercraft, it's really not vehicle suitable for frontlines and combat....

Think about the physics, if the truck is moving at exactly 60mph in one direction and the ball at exactly 60mph in exactly the opposite direction the ball MUST drop vertically. If that does not happen then one of your speeds is inaccurate . simple as that!

Math tells us that the magnum bullet would have 3x more energy. They also concluded that women could throw a ball the same as men... By comparing two pitches using two completely different techniques. You shouldn't rely on any of their conclusions.
