EDIT: So it seems like Red Mist enemies actually do respawn, which means you can repeat them if needed. Sigh... I always try my best to include all info and yet I've still missed this one :(

When do they respawn
Can't blame you, this game just have been released for days. In fact some still struggle to login or play without lagging too much. Your info helps since some of us can't progress too far rn.

about the red mist bosses, if you do a intro attack or a dodge counter u do damage based on their max health, so it gets way faster if u play more agressive, just remember to spam intro attacks and let the dodge counter animation finish, u will be able to see the white damage number popping when u do these attacks

yeah, it's faster to kill red mist boss this way.
But it's very difficult if there are multiple of them because one hit from them = death lol

@@whisperviz1346 yeah i know, doing it in coop makes it easier, i did all the bosses with a friend i made today, we used ranged characters and spammed intro attack with eachothers concerto energy (btw if u dont know, u can use your friends concerto energy to do the intro skill in coop)
The one thing I'm happy about is that farming Echoes together lets us co-op with friends for longer. Usually when we finish our stamina (like WuWa waveplates), we just disperse (or people do stamina-less stuff, which isn't my style).

@@ademlayes9116 depends on your data bank level. your friend may obtain echo but not you, and vice versa.

TIP: For anyone who wants to do the 120 Lvl. Bear Echo, if you dodge counter the damage you do is 8k no matter the level of your character. So if you are good at dodging you can dodge counter it and kill it WAY faster than just chipping away at its damage. (Like comment if it was helpful so anyone who sees vídeo later will also know this)
I just glitched his pathfinding and attacked it from distance. It easily gets stuck on anything slightly higher. It gets unstuck after a while, but it's enough time to regenerate stamina to keep spam-dodging until it gets stuck again.

I did it that way but I fought melee as well so the fight was pretty fun

This was MASSIVELY helpful! I started on day 1, but I basically have no idea what I am doing and I'm just running around aimlessly. It's fine for now because I am trying to enjoy the game very casually, rather than grinding and spending tons of money on it like Genshin. The lv. 120 red mist enemies don't take you half an hour to beat if you can execute dodge and parry counters flawlessly. It is extremely risky though since those things can one shot you early game. My advice is to fight them passively so you don't risk getting hit while attacking. Wait for them to launch their attacks then dodge or parry at the right time. Counter attacks deal a lot of damage so if you keep doing counters it'll probably only take 5 minutes to beat.
I really love walking around the world and beat the shit everything in sight, even co op game is worth it now because we can beat things up together

9:28 a tip for these, for some reason Intro or Outro skills deal a lot of damage to higher level enemies, so you only need to do a few to kill them.

You can counter the monsters with red aura because it's proportional to its hp, so it's way more efficient than doing normal hits.

You can dodge -> counter hit the lv120 bear for 5% of its max health on each counter. Multiple are possible in its attack chains as the counter hit is positive on i-frames.

Thanks for the tips, I will use this for my new account, my main account already at UL23 but today I just decided to reroll because I want specific 5 star (Calcharo & Verina) and this time my reroll acct are really lucky and I got three five within an hour after I created a new account, and all of them are early pity (around 10 to 30 pulls only). This new account at UL5 already has 11 characters meanwhile my day 1 account at UL23 just has 9 characters only 😂
a tip for fighting the bear (and other red mist enemies) : you can dodge attack to deal chip damage based on the enemies max HP, doesn't matter what your build is. you can do it even on lv. 1, using someone with quick dodge attack like yangyang can be beneficial
4:03 the echoes you get from illusive realm are only purchasable after union 30, so it's not going to be a big headstart for lower-level players.
The entire time when I was Echo Hunting, I didn't even remember about Echo Gallery till I was missing 5 golden Boss Echoes.

Thx for the tips. So many things to know since this is relatively new game. Recently ask should i do weekly boss and someone said it's a scam & only for craft wp. Right before I sleep at Sunday night, I realize they drop material for innate skill, passive skill I didn't realize exist.
I just wanna add this to the Spearback King fight, if you're using Mortefi, you can deal more dmg and easily charge up your skill by aiming at the left shoulder (weak point) of the bear. I just spammed it but didn't take that long considering my mort is only lvl 20 lol

On my discovery, you can save your crystal solvent for tacet field to better much farm your specific echoes that you need not just that you can also obtain echoe exp material which is hard to manage and substats unlock material. Its like an artifact domain in genshin but with much material that you need. Again this is only my own discovery that depends if ya'll apply it.
@gachagamer please let me know what should I prioritise, unlocking a new character or getting the waveband of already unlocked characters 1st?

Haha same xD I’m trying to get better at dodging and countering, but it’s pretty difficult for me and I still haven’t fully figured out which attacks actually parry.
@@VeliaOwO i have a habit to not read instructions but ive seen that the white circle should align with something and then it showed lmb. i think i should time it perfectly but when i see the parry circle i attack instantly 😄 on regular mobs i can attack non stop but on bosses i should wait the right time bc the pros are doing that. they wait and dodge and then attack. and i kinda feel like after dodging i do more damage. i am trying to figure things out myself 😄

A tip for red bosses: the easiest way to do them is to dodge counter, they take a fix amount of dmg like that and its much faster.

Fighting the red mist echoes as level 20 was the most absolute blast I had, Sekiro all over again.
But I had to resort to fighting some of the enemies one by one because I am just terrible at managing my stamina with 3-5 enemies at once
Really wish I knew some of these tips earlier. I am already data rank 17, and my Clacharo has all gold echos with correct main stats.
would be cool if more phantoms come for more monsters u can earn in events or something, cosmetics do a lot for a game to keep it fresh, its only a small part ofc
The bear can be easily abused , if you stay a few steps away from him he either goes for a grab or a charge ,both can be easily dodged . Dodge attack takes around 1/20 of his health bar ( no matter the level of the chars mine were lvl 30) . So stand a few steps away wait for him to attack dodgue attack repeat

I don't have any friends to play co-op with, but the Enhanced Drop Rate, and not needing to actually CLAIM the boss, is great information.
I'll probably try and unlock and fight every boss before reset just to squeeze in as many Enhanced Drops as I can before reset!
You can even idle on the bosses spawn and theyll respawn

btw the phantom echo allows you to equip 1 of the same type of echo and still get the set effect. you cant do that with normal so there is good reason to farm/get the shiny echo.
Does farming echoes in coop still depend on an individual's data bank level or is it based on the host's data bank level? I tried joining 2 of my friend's worlds that are UL27/28 while I'm at 33 but I keep getting blue/purple echoes
im still confused about the enhanced drop rate. after 15 boss/weekly echo drops, there wont be anymore echo drops? or will there be but lower rarity? (blue being the highest?)
that Bear level 120 that have red aura is easy if you know how to Dodge properly (my dodging skills isn't that good) i saw here on CZcams defeats that Bear using level 1 character and dodges all of it's claw attacks and it's actually insane 😮 I'm amazed he/she did that, i could never! but the reason i watched this video is I'm quite interested in farming Echoes though I'm still Union Level 15 (yeah i know) the Echoes farming is quite satisfying jumping from GI to WW is really new to me there's still tracks of Genshin here but eventually i will fully understand Wuthering Waves.

He is a beast for overworld farming. I pulled him and his signature weapon and it made everything sooo much easier lol. Everything just melts.
I was echoe farming so hard I cleared 3 different mobs off the map trying to get legendarys with the right stuff like grit rate fusion damage and attack

for farming echo of red mist Bear the Ez way is to select chixia and do the counter attck dmg which deals 8k dmg just stand there do the dodge and while in slow motion just attack only took 10 min max i think...i completed it with lvl 20 chixia with lvl 1 weapon
How exactly do you cheese the red enemies? Once I got one of them stuck between some obstacles near its spawn, but after a while of me shooting it it just despawned and respawned 2m away back in its original position.

not sure if this is a tip but i think that thunder mephis is better than tempest since thunder boost liberation dmg instead of only heavy dmg so if ur farming this for calcharo, thunder mephis buffs is more beneficial than tempest. i also think that thunder mephis echo attack do more dmg and is generally better since the echo attack also autotracks.
Bruh that bear took me forever! I used Aalto mist avatar to distract the bear to keep from getting hit and Jianxin to save me with her counter. And finally calcharo to do high damage whenever he was incapacitated. I can’t even tell you how many tries it took since the bear one shots anyone in front of it
About Enhanced Drop rate, does they reset after u reach higer databank level ? (like remaining chance, total chance ?)

Red Mist enemies are made to be counter attacked. Dodge and then attack them, and it does a fixed amount of damage (I'd say around 3-5% max hp)
If we farm echoes from the coop, does the drop follow our data bank or the person whose world we are in?
I kinda confused should I focus on the echo elements or the stats
For example:

but
The stats is fusion dmg
