I think the people cheering for toilets and dishwashers are not so much cheering toilets and dishwashers, but enjoying a shared disbelief in the ecological concepts and regulations that lead to appliances designed to save water or electricity. With Trump as president this total lack of confidence in ecological regulation has far greater implications than toilets and dishwashers, and the audience knows that. Somewhere out there maybe a business or industry is able to be more profitable in the US because they find themselves less obligated to follow rules intended to save the Earth's environment. That presumably also means the benefits of this newfound vitality in business would "trickle down" to ordinary workers.
I don't agree with all that but I think it's important to try to genuinely understand what's really at play.

Impeachment is more or less analogous to an indictment, which is why the House impeachment process is most like a grand jury (also in a grand jury there is no defense arguments or evidence, even though that was offered to Trump back in December).

I used to work at a bar. An old man would come in early every Thursday after his doctors visit.

Anyone who doesn't know what he's talking about must not shower. I don't know who's idea it was to make the max flow 1.3 gallons per min but that just means you have to spend ten times as long in the shower to get clean unless you drill out the restriction in the faucet like I did.
