Good suggestion. Stop putting " No Parking " signs. Replace them with " Park at your own Risk " signs instead. Any damage to the cars will be charged to the driver. He cannot complain to the LGU , MMDA or the PNP.

Please do not assume that the Philippines should be able to get by without law enforcement. That would even be less of the case in countries like the United States or the United Kingdom, where criminals are MUCH WORSE The reason that crime is reduced in these countries, besides encouraging order and law-abidingness among people from when they are very young up to adulthood, is that law enforcement is really the backbone of executing order in their societies. When crime happens, you see what kinds of things criminals in those countries are willing to do.

Likewise LTO ensured the wording is very clear under the single ticketing system, that the driver and passenger of any motorcycle are prohibited from wearing slippers.
A lot of people complain about government agencies not doing their jobs properly or at all.. And when you see government agencies like the MMDA do road clearings and catching traffic violators, the perpetrators would rather have them "not do their jobs" or complain that they're actually doing that they are supposed to do.. This kind of cap Filipino mentality has to change.
