"Your feelings are valid" I broke into tears at that point. Even though I'm 24 in a few days I still fall short in so many ways but at the point in this life right now, I'm grateful that I have developed a deeper sense of appreciation towards life due to a few darks year pulling myself through culinary school, dedicated 2017 to a lot of self-love which have given me strength again to see my own value and worth ,learnt to appreciate and show more love to my friends, valuing the time I have with my parents and siblings.
So many of those smalls things that I managed to accomplished accumulated over time and help enrich my life. It's exhasting comparing myself to others, I gave up on that lol

Don’t give the future more importance than it needs to be given. That will always, without fail, keep you from experiencing the present for what it is. Something I’ve been trying to keep in mind when I withhold myself from things that bring me joy, simply because I feel like I’ll deserve them more later.
Well, this was deeper than I expected. I enjoyed the sophistication in wording very much.
Things I learned:
You don't always have to put 100% effort into work, 80% will get you far enough.
Intimate relationships are maintained by good communication.
Creating meaning in life is your own responsibility.
You're technically younger than me but your soul and your wisdom are miles ahead of me T_T Your heart to heart videos are MY LIFE. Thank you for being so open and transparent in these volatile times of our 20's! It is SO refreshing amongst the sea of perfect and curated social content out there.
Gosh a lot of what you said really resonated to me. Turning 23 this year and nothing could be more apt than this.

I just turned 19 and have thought to do a video about what I have learned for the past 19 years and honestly, YOU READ ME SO MUCH! half of the things I agree so much😫 I would definitely add, ALWAYS carry sanitary products everywhere as it can save someone day whether they on a boat party or on a beach ✌🏼 I love you so much Amy and your videos are so inspiring GO SISTER AND WERK IT😝 will mot deny I will probably rephrase some of our lessons in my video😭 my apologies it is not intentional you just read me to well especially with “ you can create romance without being in love”🥰

omg i really relate and im not 24 yet..i think most of the realization for me was when i got my first nursing job (im still at this place) but not really my ideal hospital and really just a taste of the real world. ive done clinicals throughout nursing school but ive always had thattype of protection bc i was shadowing another nurse so i couldnt easily ask for help, but its pretty nerve wrecking when a patient is declining and you’re kinda still a newbie nurse...also time is def a luxury and privelege, im currently in school and working full time towards my msn and boy oh boy i really do have to schedule quality time with my loved ones. it sounds harsh but i have to follow a schedule for me to stay on top of things and be organized but i always do my best to call my college friends that are miles apart since graduation days and i try to keep up my bffs from high school. adulting is tough but i always say to myself that pain is temporary ☺️ please do a podcast amy, i would LIVE for that hehhee always ur ig captions have been on point. luvvv the fried chicken one💕

Turning 24 on Saturday… I don’t know how to feel about it considering I’m no where near where I’d like to be, I’m probably straying far and honestly it all feels like a mess.
