One shot or two shots are no way good for a moba game. If people are killing each other within couple of seconds, there will be no much strategies left to play for. League is becoming more and more casual, then a strategic game, which is sad because it had potentiality.
Here's an idea: Heartsteel Veigar, but you get the support item so you can get the new wardstone and get the additional +20% AP and +20% bonus health. Final build might look like: Heartsteel, Wardstone, Deathcap, Demonic Embrace, Void Staff.
The scary thing is how this genuinely seems better than building full AP because now your abilities do a tiny bit less damage but your autos hit like trucks😂

Phantom Dancer, Mercurial Scimitar, Lucidity boots , 130 haste with 80% crit resets with W extended range and heal , E shield speed up , Q for kiting and W/E are on a 5 sec cd , merc scim for another cc breaker combined with R , and shurelyas had enough mp5 to keep mana up and on use speed for more kiting , just a fun build to auto kite people into oblivion

i really think the Tear now is much better than before where it only gave you Haste depending on how much mana you had. now it gives AP which is GOOD with Deathcap and full Pen build. (forget boots, i almost always sell them for 6th legendary)

Full rune suggestion would be Hail of Blades, Sudden Impact, Eyeball, Ingenious Hunter, Presence of Mind, and Alacrity.

Have u seen new vigilant wardstone passive it now gives 20% increase to ap and other things and if u could combine with new deathcap that's 60% ap increase and with a limitless scaling veigar it have a great potential of getting highest ap world record.❤
Bel veth with rageblade, nashor, kraken and AP might be fun (or make another static video and try to proc it as many time as possible - lot of dashes and lot of basic attacks)
It's been a fun little side quest to watch Zwag's gf get so much better too. She is legit making plays she wasn't able to before.

Agreed, but he should go titanic hydra,not void staff last. Infinitely stacking AP is cool, but HP too? It demands hydra!
