- Pepperlady had a place in her sights, so now that we know it would have been better to arrive on the hottest day of the year. That water is 58 degrees F all year long. Fishing is forbidden, hence the gathering of unconcerned trout in the splash pool. This is really a unique experience and one you should try at least once. I think we'll be back. Then the route back was enjoyable as well visiting Bridal Veil Falls.
