Budget BMW 2.5L M54B25 Rebuild - Part 3 - Engine Reassembly & First Start

Cylinder head goes on, and all the other stuff gets reinstalled.
I don't cover the engine re-installation, but I do show the first start.
The issue with starting is likely the fact that I did not refill the hydraulic lifters with oil after cleaning. This means they need to pump up in order for the valves to open all the way.

Because there's a dipstick? And the sensors are inaccurate garbage.
