Non-Alignment as required by the constitution of Nepal is a must for its survival . Kathmandu must not be converted into Kabul and Kiev . Both Beijing and Washington D.C. shall get this message clearly that the fraudulent drama at the Pratinidhi-Sabha on 27 th February , 2022 that it passed the MCC would never be accepted by the Freedom-Loving people of Nepal . Ex-King Gyanendra Shah donated Rs. 60,000/- to start the Armed Maoist Insurgency (Ekata-TV , Dr Bijaya Mishra , 10 th July , 2021) . If the charges by Mishra is not true , he (Shah) needs to tell the truth to the people . If MCC is a part of IPS (Indo-Pacific Strategy of the American Government) , it cannot enter Pratinidhi-Sabha prior to the amendment of the constitution pertaining to the necessity of following Non-Aligned Foreign Policy by Nepal . The future course of Nepal shall be the rejuvenation of our country as the Hindu Republic of Nepal , the Capital of the Hindu World from Fiji Islands in the Pacific to Trinidad in the Western Hemisphere . Every inch of our soil shall be sacred for all of the Hindus in the Earth including India with the largest Hindu population . Hindus in India and the World shall not tolerate the occupation of the territories of Nepal by the Indian Government in Delhi forever . The full sovereignty of Nepal when half of the Planet Earth was colonized by the British Empire is a pride for every Hindu in the World and it would remain so for a very long time to come . King Birendra Shah's suspicious , strange and special love of the Insurgent Maoists by hindering to crush them by the use of the then Royal Nepal Army when the dead were less than a dozen resulted into the loss of more than 17,000 thousand Nepalese in the most horrific war inside their own country , disappearance of many more and the destruction of private and public properties worth Hundreds of Billions of Rupees . If Ex-King Gyanendra Shah had any agreement with the 7-Party Alliance for the continuation of the Monarchy when he used to be the King of Nepal , it would be included in the prescribed books for the students of History Classes . His legalization of abortion in a Hindu Nation cannot be pardoned by the Hindus in the World . None of the last three kings of the Shah Dynasty paid any attention to end the pollution of sewage of Bagmati River at Aryaghat for its use for the Daily-Pooja in the Lord Pasupatinath Temple . The Anti-Hindu politics of the last Kumbh-Mela is a dishonor to every Hindu in the World . Nepal shall be recognized as the Zone of Peace by India and China that would benefit both countries and the Whole World as well . It would end India's worries of the Chinese advances via Nepal . The country of the Birth of the Light of Asia must not be converted into the Hell of the Darkness of Violence and War in Asia . The constitution of 047-Sal was the foundation of the institutionalized bribery at every agency of the state and at nook and corner of the country . Nepal needs to give birth to a fully new constitution that shall live forever , restore its sovereignty , eradicate bribery and guarantee justice to every citizen of the country . The election is the safest way to achieve this need .The latest constitution died longtime ago and it needs to be cremated with very jubilant celebrations all over the country before the maggots eat up everything with nothing left . Any decision by the judiciary of Nepal by stepping on the constitution that is already dead and smelly , against the dissolution of the Parliament has proved to be meaningless . Angikrit-Nagriktawala Buharis and Joinarans with their parents having the IDs of the Foreign countries shall never have voting rights and their kids born in Nepal shall have full rights including the right to vote . The Nepal Army shall not go into the Adventure of any coup if it is according to the designs of the Rulers in Delhi . America knows more than any country in the World including Nepal about the contents of the constitution . America stands for the rule of law and the MCC is unlawful according to the Law in Nepal . America shall not take the wrong way of selling its soul by pulling the Bribery-Governments of Nepal into the illegal MCC-Project . Unconstitutional approval of the MCC would never be fruitful and America knows it better than Nepal . US-Nepal Friendship Association in America and Friends of Nepal (NGO in the US) should have registered a lawsuit against the American Government at the Supreme Court of the USA in Washington DC for the immediate cancellation of the MCC that violates the constitution of a Friendly Country . The Oath of Office by the Prime Minister at the Rastrapati-Bhavan Sheetal Niwas needs to be respected by him . King Prithvinarayan Shah did not wear any Western-Coat and Bhadgaunle-Topi/Dhaka-Topi . Do the ministers of the Federal Republic of Nepal want to exhibit their funny show that King Prithvinarayan Shah was less Nationalist than them ?
