Ager ghr k kisi board se problem ho ri jis se current phase se neutral me ja raha hai to phir to Main supply check ni kr ske gy q k ab ghr k kis board se supply khrab ho ri ni pta.
Dosri baat pehle main breaker ko ghr k supply se dissconect kr k phir jo main bahir se supply aa rahi us ko check kiya jaye k neutral phasr donu me tester blink kr raha hai ya nai.

Bhai I'm getting power in both phase & neutral is all sockets. Electrician is saying ACCL must have gone bad. But I'm not very confident with his knowledge due to prior experience. Do you think ACCL can cause this issue? As per my knowledge ACCL is for DG:Main switch over. In my case there is no issue with switch over, then why is he suspecting ACCL?
Why does phase glow when switch is off?

Im using single phase 3KV current and in some of my room zero watt bulb glow (not brightly) after switch off the current and when switch it on, bulb glow normally. my connections are good at all circuit board every wire placed at exact point. And also earthing is in good condition. Please tell me the solution.
Due to moister in ceiling or wrong connection of phase and neutral please reverse it .
If ceiling or wall moisturize in that condition let them dry or by using heater for few hours

Sir ek confusion
We know neutral return path ka kaam karta hai
but agar Neutral ki Voltage Zero hoti hai to phir current neutral se return hoke waapis kaise jaata hai
kyonki bina voltage ke current kaise flow ho sakti hai ???

Load never give any voltage load my be resistive, capacitive or inductive.
Your confusion due voltage and current concept in not cleared
When we apply the voltage across the load then current start flow through load and complete the path.
Wrong information shared in this video. Due to neutral get open then start showing line in neutral. It not happen due to shorting of line and neutral. If happen then mcb get trigger and cut off the supply. So wrong info in video.
Bro we measure voltage between two wires either it is phase and neutral either it is phase and phase...

And if amp in that perticular circuit less than the rated amp in that mcb what will happen in this case ?

1:30 to 2:04 that is short circuit condition. In any condition if neutral and phase wires are joined together because of (poor/ perished insulation) or any reason it will create short circuit and MCB will trip..
