I've just been listening to every single Teto AI song that appears in my line of sight ever since I found out it was out. There are aspects of her older UTAU sound that I prefer, but there's something about these SynthV Teto ones that I cannot resist.

While Teto's new voice is so smooth, there's something about the choppiness of her original voice that I'll always love. Teto will always be amazing whether new voice or original
that's my favorite thing about this release! There's still many reasons to use her original voicebanks, they can coexist which is super cool!!!!!!
I think some of those sharper aspects of her old vb are still present, albeit yes everything is softened and sounds more consistent together now. Truly quite a change.
Can't belive her quality and how users are using her, this is crazy and lovely!
She got more attention than Yamine Renri and Xia Yu Yao, which make me feel bad for those two that got quickly forgotten, but I'm happy for Teto too!
I honestly keep on getting that Renri exists 😭 I feel bad for her and even more for Yao since Yao is one of my favorites with Teto and Tsuina.

I swear to god you're the first producer I've found who actually makes SynthV Teto sound like... Teto. All the others are still incredibly tuned, but I feel like none of them sound like Teto anymore 😭 not putting the new voice bank down, it sounds incredible, but i wish it still sounded like teto like this cover does 😭
yeah agree, I feel like sometimes in the new covers I'm seeing the charming bits about Teto's voice are lost... this cover is great though
right ??? like aa i feel like other people tune her voice a bit too realistically-it sort of loses the charm that voicebanks have yk? if you want to hear a realistic singer you can turn on the radio, part of what makes vocaloid/synthesizers is the sort of roboticness/jakiness. not dissing anyone who enjoys realistic tuning though! it's a preference, and both robot and realistic tuning are valid ways of tuning ^^
@@qingxinn_ YES exactly! Obviously I love how realistic she sounds, it's absolutely stupendous what these companies can do, but it's just lost the charm of being a Voca/Utau :(

@@SCJ_2001 i see, thanks for sharing! i didn't know about that. although i still stand by my original opinion-the roboticness adds character, and as said previously, it sort of loses it's charm without it (even if it wasn't the original intent)
you can do things with the software that you can't replicate irl. for me personally, it feels like a missed oppertunity that people don't take advantage of it more.
okok i'm sorry if this sounds dumb, but i think of it as an artform! for example, you can draw realistic portraits (and it's a valid way of doing art), but you can also exaggerate the proportions and do funky things with it. like aa it's a bit of a shame that people don't take advantage of the medium more and do cool funky robot stuff instead of trying to achieve realism ^^"

as will all synthv voicebanks, the new teto voicebank sounds really realistic and high quality, but idk ... she just doesn't sound like herself to me.... EXCEPT in this cover. it does a really amazing job of balancing both the higher quality of the new voicebank and teto's personality, amazing job!!!
