The new glo hyper x2 is total garbage compared to the last version. All over the internet there are people complaining about this issue, and the fact that it happened with a brand new, out of the box device, proves that there is something wrong. What is more frustrating is that BAT doesn't seem to care. I was refused a replacement for my first device, even though it was just 3 weeks old. I bought a new one and to my surprise it too did not work.
Tried the reset method (both buttons for 7.5s) without success.
There are better options out there. Just avoid this one.

my first Glo hyper+ lasted me a year and 13 days because the neosticks started to smell burnt and after a short time it no longer turned on. two months ago I bought the Glo hyper x2 and already now the sticks smell burnt: does anyone know why this happens? thanks for a reply.
guys try to resen when glo is on charge it helped me
same issue here, press and hold the larger button for around 10 seconds and it should reset the device

Mine didn't work after resetting. Tried it several times...
hold the standart buttom and press for 7.2sec. thas the reset... but doesnt work also

Okay i saw a coment when someone said that throwing it on the floor was working for him. I tried it and the cap where you put neo cigar in fell off and inside is rubber which was very oily and dirty. So i clean it and now it is working perfectly fine.
Cleaning has nothing to do with it. Mine was new out of the box. But smashing it makes sense :)))

Just got mine today, same problem lol. Resetting doesn`t work
maybe too late, but trick is in thermal sensor, thermal paste (or something similar to paste) which the sensor is attached to has dried up and the sensor cannot read the temperature. if you have skill, the paste can be replaced.

Same problem brand new out of box. Bought from the airport and it doesn't work. It just burns the middle of the tobacco stick. What a waste of £50 pounds and £20 pounds for the neo sticks...which I can't use without the glo hyper x2 not working.
How much did you pay for this XDD you form uk i guess. In Poland i paid for 2 packs and new device 49PLN its less than 10£ XDD

They are giving it away for free of you buy two packs of sticks here. I think that they are just trying to pass all the defective stock to the users. I've contacted them for a replacement, sent proof and stuff and never heard back...
I've got both replaced after sending an email with a video to customer support. They didn't even asked for a receipt. So basically they know the devices are garbage, or at least one batch. The new devices work perfectly. One strange thing is that the new devices have some factory sticker on them that I've never seen on the other ones. I think they ware refurbished...

reset press both standard and boost buttons together for 11 seconds you will see functions

It doesn't work because you are buying wrong colors. Get yourself a blue or a black glo.

There is no fix. I suspect a faulty battery or a temp sensor. The replacement I've recieved work just fine so I think they know that the first batch are faulty.

Glo is a bad product,neo sticks never satisfy,iqos is the best ever and you will never have a problem with iqos
First glo was very good.
makes me laugh it seems that the design satisfies more than 4 minutes of smoking ... it's just tobacco heated by a resistance! they do the same thing only that one of the two brands costs a lot... are the first shots of iqos heets good? yes like those offered by glo neo, but neo is constant iqos no... e
Iqos has plastic tubes that melt when you smoke and you inhale the toxic fumes. Open a cigarette and see for yourself
@@catalinfix840 That is not plastic, it is corn. You inhale toxic vapors with both devices, but they do not come from any plastic
