I got a mid sized tub of Big without trying a sample first and overall I was happy with the results of the product. I enjoy the smell and the lather and my hair doesn’t dry out noticeably.
I can totally see how the texture is off-putting and agree the chunks are too big. Like you I did not like the Wasabi Shan Kui shampoo at all. I have to wash my hair in sections because it’s so heavy and I 100% agree in that respect the value for quantity is not good for me personally. If I was a daily shampoo person I would have run out in one week. So for me it’s a once a week or less treat when I want to really scrub my scalp. Thanks again for a great, honest review and if LUSH would take the salt chunks out I would buy it by the case! 😁

I have found Big works best for me with 2 washes with a relatively small amount for the 2nd. It lathers up so much better on the 2nd. I don’t use it every wash. But I find I reach for it if I feel like I need a real thorough clean.

This sound like a big waste of money if you ask me. I’ve got thinish hair and I’ve hummed and hawwwed about buying it because I’ve heard people rave about it. But I just don’t know

Does Lush still give out samples with online ordering? I ordered a million things and haven’t received a sample in over a year. I don’t think I’ll ever use this. Salt mo ma’am. That’s why I never understood salt sprays either.
Yup! Some regions you have to ask for samples. Others just put them in. If you want a specific sample, it's a good idea to ask them in the order notes section 👍
