Thanks for taking keen interest in CPEC project. This shows that CPEC is one of important project not only for Pakistan and china but also for rest of the world especially for America and India as witness from Christine presentation and other experts were gathered from all over the country and sit in front of her.
Various issues were highlighted in this presentation and have expert opinion regarding geography, security, job employment, strategically analysis etc. Though this presentation was given in Pune India to Indian expert but we the Pakistani have certainly got a lot of benefit from her expertise and we will put her point of view in our cpec wing. I would like to give some comment on her presentation. You know that this project was started in 2013 just four year before having no detail engineering design having no previous working except few dialogue which have been taken by the previous governments but these were limited to paper work only. When project launched it has divided into 3 stages which are:
    a) Early Harvest Projects (2018)
    b) Short-Term Projects (2020)
    c) Mid-Term Projects (2025)
    d) Long-Term Projects (2030)
You know very well then anybody else that if a project like cpec started without proper master planning will have a lot of issues but we are not losing our heart and we are trying to eliminate all of issues as proceeding in to the project including all those issues highlighted by Christine and we took her criticism in positive way Though we know better than anybody else the core issues of Pakistan encountered in this gigantic project.
Various issues pertaining to this project are highlighted by Christine fair, I would like to respond to the following being a Pakistani to remove some misconception from the mind of the other people and for guidance:
    i) Christine told that Baluch people are opposes of cpec.
This is not true for whole Baluch people. There are few groups which are opposing like BLA etc.. Who is funded by external forces and you know very well then anybody else. As you mentioned in the presentation about the route and I would like to update you that there are 3 routes eastern, center and western and you know the Baluch people are demanding that to pass the western route from Baluchistan which is the poorest area in all Pakistan so that they may benefit in true sense. This is misconception about the Baluch that they are opposite but they are demanding more in cpec.
ii) Christine showed a picture of sliding area of Atta Abad and then show a bridge was constructed over there and told that this is bomb prone.
In regard I would tell Christine that it is not so easy to attack on this bridge and even on any cpec bridge. Pak army have given the assurance of all sort of security. Moreover it is located in a region even it is nearly impossible to target from missile as of high location and peaks over there. Moreover I would like to inform you that there are other alternate routes in proposal which are all weathered routes and are in pipeline.
There are other various issues about which the Christine have no idea but we have taken them and working on it. Moreover it is bring in your kind notice that all the provinces and federal government of Pakistan is on one page. Cpec divisions have been established both in federal level and on provincial levels. They are doing their work with full devotions and in collaboration with Chinese government. This is the project which is in progress and which comes in thousands years of any nations. See the pages of the history no project like cpec had over their. I would like to quote here that the hindi movie praise that “baray baray dasho may choti choti bathing hoti rehti hai” so similarly issues will be there in such a gigantic project.

"It surprises that India treats pak as an equal" 74:15 - that is simply the still un shrugged off inheritance from British régime, coupled with Gandhian heritage imbibed in congress and allies rule - the reason for what Prof Fair says she doesn't understand in India fearing pak nukes while pak having no such fear of Indian nukes, is in the Urdu phrase "God fears naked man", to wit, India has much to lose because India has looked to Life, Knowledge and generally positive values, while the islamists crazy simply seek annihilation of world in faith of reward promised supposedly in their book, and hence keep provoking. Also, pak generally has been fed a misconception that India is full of those who can only make money but not fight, while pak heritage is of invading marauding looters who will massacre in millions. '71 defeat surprised them, hence the relatively good behaviour for short term Prof Fair speaks of.

      Good comment.
But that's exactly what she says we shd call their bluff. Or clear their misunderstanding.
I think we have started doing that with balakot or surgical strike 1.
But this lady criticises it to be not capable .. (needs separate long discussion )
Here 2016 she says we don't do anything , modi only speaks big and has same policies since 2001 of bearing attacks and blames change is only in speaking big words.
Now when we attack she says , we shd do it more covertly. Even 1st surgical attacks also shd have been secret not made into movie she speaks with burkha dutt.
Then how will world n ppl of india pak see the change in india policy??
More than actual damage , this mssg was important.
She is confused and inconsistent at times.

Actually it was created elsewhere, finalised the day Berlin fell with USSR tanks rolling in and winning race amongst allies, so The Great Game was back on, and Western powers needed a convenient spot guaranteed for military base, with a port for troops and artillery transportation and an airbase for use against USSR. Nehru and generally congress refused such a guarantee, Jinnah said oh of course no problem - hence the military base camouflaged as a new country, suitable for intolerants and jihadists! It wasn't that "pak was well behaved until khalistan insurgency" 75:20, on the contrary pak engineered it, via whispering to pilgrims and supplying weapons, ammunition et al! So if any good behaviour in fact there was, it was superficial, while intrigues as to how to revenge against India for Bangladesh were being cooked up. What never occurred to pak is to look within for causes of East Bengal revolt - because pak assumed like all racists that superiority of those that could claim West and Central Asian DNA of invaders must be kowtowed to by all! This mindset still shows in yt comments from pak, claiming pak superiority due to "height and skin colour" over India which they assert is all "short, dark and ugly"! India lacks such absolute equations, and values education, achievements, knowledge and capabilities, so pak comments come across as ridiculous and immature.

Responding to a post about China colonising and repenting too late finding terrorists from pak:- Oriental threshold of pain is another story, people who knew about both sides have said German and Russian pow were at receiving ends of torture a tad less extreme compared with those in custody of east Asian enemies. But real victims would be the hapless poor of land that was once part of India, because those that sell them to China have accounts and children settled abroad safely! People who could have benefited if the project were from west are instead going to be pushed off land that was theirs, whether Northern Kashmir regions of Gilgit Baltistan or southern ones Baluchistan and Sindh! When West Punjab wakes up, thieves will be in Canada, and their state won't be any better than Tibet! Remember, khans are of Mongolian origin, Chingis Khan and his clan colonised from China to eastern borders of Russia, Iran and more, before one daughter's son was kicked all the way south to India, and hated India where he refused to be buried - his remains were finally taken from Afghanistan to his home in Central Asia as per his wish, less than a couple of centuries ago.

I'm pretty sure she never visited pakistan in her entire life.. Never meet the locals...and here she tends to be a master of knowing everything about a country.. By reading some bias books or articles on newspaper which are written by stereotypical entities doesn't make u have an extensive knowledge about that country..

*More than actual damage , this mssg was important.*
