Keeping my mental health in check regardless of the circumstances is why I am religious with my daily routine staying balanced with prayer, exercise, eating balanced meals, being productive and staying away from all substances and alcohol, I may drink 1 day in a month since I do find alittle booze can help with channeling, too much and it's useless so I don't recommend drinking. Also meditation, grounding, I even find dancing helps clear negative influence.
