I have the cable issue on passenger side especially the black side the plastic is melted but I just wanna know if Are you sure is not gonna melt the cables putting the butt connectors??

I new about connector to the blow inside dash panel, but not for the bunk. Awesome thanks for the tips. M2 have those issues as well. Some at the blower motor, and high pressure switch connector.

I’m having same problem with 2016 Coronado. Bunk has quit completely and the front working intermittently.
Dude just changed Blower on my Cascadia 2020.20/30 minutes worked very well than it stopped again,what’s wrong with this Goddamn AC,Jesus,Laredo,TX it’s 109 today

I have same problem get hot and melted the one in passenger side for 2018 new freightliner they have low coolant come out some times and let the engine shutdown from sensors low coolant level i have to change sensors and sometimes low oil pressure from bad sensor that only I see it on this new freightliner
Is this the same, when the blower is not blowing strong?
