Hmm interesting realization. Typically it’s the opposite insight regarding thoughts, or rather that the dis-identifying of one’s thoughts and feelings leads to the realization of the true self. Thus we are more than what we think and feel. The power is in witnessing and if you wish to go deeper with it ask yourself, “who is witnessing the witnesser?” Seek that which is unchanging.
I opened my eyes from this meditation with tears and a smile on my face. I really hope everything I envisioned turns into reality. Thank you, Gem

Towards the middle of the meditation, I started smiling and tears came out. I tried visualizing things so many times, but nothing ever happened like that before. Also, it felt so much easier to visualize and feel everything while listening to this. 😭 I will continue this everyday!

I love this meditation because it almost immediately begins. Thank you for making this video its really helpful as a beginner that's still learning. I love how you kind of touch on the feelings you want to manifest kind of reminds me of the part in Hal Elrods book where he touches on Emotional Optimization Meditation.
