It’s not sound effects it’s his own addition, his own take to make the cover more original. It’s in a lot of Arabic, middle eastern music. But of course you can have your own opinion just weird that you said sound effects.

Maybe i ll get a hate on what i ll be saying but u gived it more depth and strength thn the original singer especially since it s a hard song to follow i love that kind of music but i know how it gets boring in the middle of the song if there no variation or stable emotions to it. One small thing sound effects get really annoying with high notes it hurts the ears n ur voice is really good bravo
No worry to say this and not reason hate. He is interpreting very nice and deep. But for me i stay with original. But nice to hear that you love anyway.🎉
