    This is my favorite piece of music of all time for it introduced me to classical music. Bryden's direction is also my favorite!

    Nice video on a gorgeous passage! I usually associate that augmented octave over major sound with modern jazz, where you might think of it as a kind of extension past the lydian mode. It's so subtle here I doubt I'd have ever noticed if you hadn't pointed it out.
