Ls400 Vip Build Ulterior Motive Flares with HIGH RADIUS

This time around we are cut out the rear wheel tubs, and fabricating new tubs in its place. We welded on one side of the Ulterior Motive Flares to finally see what they would look like permanently. Shoutout to Liam at Lep Automotive for most of the insight of this part of the build.
