Alot of gang shootings all along amar and valley. Guys on bikes and backpacks stealing packages. Homeless people camping out near Chris's burgers. It's gone from working class hispanic neighborhood to poverty crime stricken. Hey but they still have all the pot dispensary to ease the pain...
