  • Wouldn't you like to be showered with the Japanese language all day long? This video is about 15 hours long, so you can create an environment where you can continuously practice your listening comprehension when you are awake. You can concentrate and practice or just let the sounds go in one ear and out the other when you are tired. Through continuous repetition and not giving up, you will train your ears to hear the Japanese language.
At first, short sentences are the focus. Over the second half, the degree of difficulty gradually rises.
This listening series consists of recordings based entirely upon the "human voices" of native Japanese speakers. A majority of listening practice videos, which imitate ours, use synthetic voices. However, for listening practice via synthetic voices, there are many instances where a liaison is unnatural. Thus, we do not recommend such a method of listening practice. For liaisons in the Japanese language, listening to a natural human voice is the most effective method of listening practice.

Very helpful! I like the very basic casually spoken expressions. Very similar to what you actually hear when hanging out with real people in Japan.

Great video, but it would be more helpful to use furigana instead of romaji.

I disagree, Romaji is superior in every way for English learners And there's still Kanji/hiragana under if you want.
