So hey so at kohls do they allow you to use the bathroom when ever you need to use it because I heard that some places when you tell them you need to use it they be saying to hold it in and I’m trying to apply at kohls but I’m not to sure
So, I worked for kohls for about 2 years and I am just recently going back, for the bathroom policy it really just depends on your position. If you end up in amazon or on the register, you have to ask management before you go so that they can replace you with someone else while you are gone (but this is mainly if they are understaffed). As for other positions on the floor, like omni or wjm, you are able to use the bathroom whenever you like as long as you arent stalling in the bathroom.
I hope that makes more sense! Also, even if you end up not getting accepted into kohls, I would say that kohls is an amazing place to earn first time retail experience. Depending on your position, you learn a lot about how to handle retail, which most skills can transfer over to other jobs. Many retail jobs won't hire someone who is underskilled (such as target), so having experience is always nice!

What is the pay like working for Kohl's?
Depends on your location. I live in Texas, the pay for kohls would probably be about 12.50, but if you are in places like California or new york, it might be more. I can't exactly say the exact price, but if you look into a position that you desire nearby, kohls is required to tell you how much you would make in your position in your location! Hope that helps!

@@antoinettegreenwood7866I’m in Pittsburgh and I just had my phone interview today. It’s for seasonal stocking but I did say I was interested in fulfillment as well. I told him I was least interested in the cash register because that’s to much pressure for me. The seasonal positions are over in January
It depends, the employee discount varies depending on the activity. On regular days, it will be 10%-15%, but there are certain days of the months where they do a special discount up to 35%. Most of these days also give you kohls cash with a purchase of 50, so if you end up just above the 50 mark, you get to purchase more items at a lower rate and still get kohls cash that you can use the following week! Hope this helps!

@@riahhn3xtdoor they asked me 6 questions and the first question was my availability. then they asked be about past experience, what i thought about missing work, how i would handle a customer while i was busy with another one.
I dont know if you already have done an online interview, but I would start off by making an impression on your manager. You don't need a fancy resume, but they do want to see a desire to work in their company. Its a little scary to do an interview, I definitely remember mine, but take a breather, think about how you want to phrase certain things and come in with a open mindset that you will get it! Most kohls I know need people, and the only thing stopping them is if they see you don't want to try. If you put your right foot forward, I'm sure it will be okay! I don't know if I quite remember my interview questions, but if you need any help, I'm here to listen!
