Celery juice and blueberry smoothies were around long before Anthony Williams said anything about them. And, people knew that they were really good for them long before Anthony Williams arrived on the scene. Just saying!!! Anthony thinks he knows it all and he doesn't!!!

Amazing facts! Wild blueberries are awesome! We eat them every single day. We eat the dried organic blueberries grown free of pesticides in Canada.

Can i grow wild blueberries in south Florida as hedge plant in my front yard food forest or a even a pot? I love blueberries but I’ve never had a wild blueberry. Where would we even find them? I would love to grow some.

Wild foods r usually best! Why do u think adaptogenic herbs r all the rage? Its because these foods are exposed to harsh environmental conditions and r forced to adapt. Consuming local environmental wild foods in season helps ur body become an adaptable machine.

I'm late to this. My body is incuring tremendous decline due to stress. I have had a horrible diet due to stress so I turned to our freezer. Found out the reg B.Berrirs went into freezer burn stage, threw them out but found that a good, unopened bag of wild ones was there! This is what I needed. I certainly hope the grocer can keep them in supply. The supply chain is in trouble now.
Hopefully this will be around so I can get back2 optimal health. Thank you for sharing this helpful video.

Is there a difference from just drinking the pure juice (NOT from concentrate) and eating the actually berry?

One study did show more anti-oxidants in wild blueberries but they cultivated blueberries used were grown in bland sand with few nutrients for the blueberry to draw from. Also, wild blueberries from Maine are now grown like cultivated with herbicides, fungicides and pesticides applied. Blueberries ARE great but the case being made here to promote "wild" blueberries is not appropriate and is misleading. All blueberries are good and organic blueberries are even better. Organic blueberries grown in the right soil will stand shoulder to shoulder with any blueberries grown in Maine--maybe even top them for antioxidants.
