The voice control system is a beta version sold as a finished product. People at Mercedes only shrug sholders when the system does not work even after complete new upload. Moreover varanty service is needed as the car is over-engineered and requires interventions to work properly. This car is my 19th car in my life and the biggest dissappointment so far.
