'Desperate Housewives' Teri Hatcher & James Denton Gush Over Reuniting For Christmas Movie

- This TV couple is teaming up yet again! James Denton and Teri Hatcher reunited nearly a decade after playing a married couple on "Desperate Housewives" for their new Hallmark Channel Christmas movie. They spoke to Mario Lopez and Kit Hoover on Access Daily with James saying, "I knew if we could get Teri, we could make a movie, and if I couldn't get her to do it, I wasn't going to do it." "A Kiss Before Christmas" premieres Nov. 21 at 8PM on the Hallmark Channel.

These two seem like they should be married in real life. Their chemistry is so real.😆👏
Denton is already married. You have to have great chemistry in order to work together in any film project. It makes a scene appear real. Denton and Hatcher have such chemistry when working together as a couple.
They say that about she and Dean Cain also but it's just she is an amazing actress so on scene they have chemestry ans as friends there's a lot of trust so we feel that.
Teri Hatcher could have chemistry with a tree (she’s a legit talent), but yeah they really do.
Why does this just feel like Mike and Susan pretending to be other people 😂
Man they still have that undeniable chemistry, even 10 years later... and look really happy to be working together again. I've always hated the last Season for killing him off, because Susan really deserved her happy ending with him. So, this is great to see.
Agree for Mike being killed off, I'm still not over it. They could have had him killed off anytime during the first 5 seasons, each one of these season endings providing a good opportunity. But no, they chose to wait the very end of the show to kill him off. And what also makes me angry is that they completely left off the killer plot, and the Australian guy acted as if it was nothing while he was partly responsible for it. Even for Susan's grief, she was completely fine within 1 single episode lol Like seriously ? WTF ?? At least they managed to provide for a decent series finale, but still... I still wanted my happy ending for Susan & Mike.
Susan did not deserve a happy ending. She was the most selfish and unbearable character. As for Mike I never found his character interesting, so I thought their relationship was soooo boring

@@vanessav5335 Susan could be selfish but she could also be very kind. They all had their flaws and even downfalls. It's just this is so trendy to hate on Susan now, and so many dumbasses jump on that bandwagon... Objectively, Eddie, Rene, and Gaby were the most selfish (even though they also were capable of acts of kindness) - but generally speaking, they were the ones who looked out for themselves first and didn't have much time on anyone else. Also, you're obviously not trying to start a discussion, you're just being "edgy" really. The OP just expressed their delight and you just made it about yourself without addressing their opinion at all. They loved this pair on DH, let them be.
@@elhadjhabbouche663 Good point. Agree with everything except for grief part. I think Susan was greatly affected by it - she was just trying to adapt to their new life for their son's sake. However, we can see her being sad and solemn during a number of episodes, and even when she started to get better, she still had these flashes of grief or sadness or was overwhelmed by memories... I mean, she even moved because of it - cause she couldn't bear living there without him.
I think they killed him for pure shock value. Just to catch us unaware. I agree that neither Australian guy nor Rene showed any guilt for their parts in this. To rub salt to the wound, they got married in the end, and so soon after the funeral! Ugh. Creators said they did it to make Susan "independent" which is BS. She already got stronger after everything she'd been through, you don't need make a woman a widow to make her "strong". This was very depressing and executed poorly, I agree!
9 years Later, and I'm still not over Mike Delfinos death. The fact that Teri said " It's like even tho we play different characters, it's like Mike and Susan get their happy ending ".
They were smart to do it in the final season. Susan Mayer-married twice, widowed twice. Sad.

It's insane I grew up with Desperate Housewives and I still watch this show every year and it's probably the first time I watch an interview between these two comedians and they look like they are a real couple the way James is putting his arm behind Teri and their chemistry together and the way Teri is looking at James like passionately and admirative. Idk if The Cast from Desperate Housewives did a great job or these two during their filming in the show became very fusionnal but there is something in the air haha. I am glad still see these two together they were my favorite couple in the show even if I loved Lynette and Tom Scavo more haha

Grew up watching Desperate Housewives from the very beginning. And I absolutely loved them together! They were definitely the couple that was meant to be. Even with their ups and downs they knew they loved each other so much and there was on one else for them. They deserved a way better ending in the show but I'm happy to see them together again ❤️

Susan was my favorite housewives. I know people criticised her behavior on set but the truth is that it was irrelevant. She gave a fantastic performance and never answered any of their critics.
We mourn Mike and we are glad James Denton is back to erase those sad memories from our mind with this new movie.

I'm finally catching up on Desperate Housewives. As a hetro' guy I initially thought it was a fluffy chick style show when it first aired so no way was I gonna watch, but when I found out that Teri Hatcher was one of the main stars recently, my obsession with this gorgeous woman back in her Superman days compelled me to finally give it a go. Needless to say I'm addicted like I've never been before and now my evenings are filled with brightness, 8 series worth to be precise! Every scene is written to perfection and I constantly burst out laughing at the situations. I'll definitely be watching this movie just to see them back in action. Cant believe how well they both look after all this time.
