- In this English speaking lesson, you will learn how to leave a message with a receptionist or secretary at a company. This video is targeted to English language learners and also offers a chance for viewers to practice role playing the conversation in the second part of the video.
It will help English language learners looking to role play a caller to a company and also help learners practice the role of a secretary or receptionist. The vocabulary, phrases, and questions used in this educational video are all very important for improving business communication skills in English.
