Meredith Monroe is the one that played Andie. I remember Alta Vista-ing her back in the day(before Google became the search engine of choice). I was surprised to see she was almost 30, she looked the same age as her co stars. She was one of my favorite characters on the show and I think the second season is the best, and she was a significant part of that.

I was a teen when Dawon’s Creek was on TV an waited for it to come on every week. Life was very simple without cellphones and the Dawson/Joey relationship was admirable and ideal to a lot of us.

The writers created the love triangle and the relationship between Joey and Pacey because the actors were dating irl. That ruined the show for me, they can do whatever they want irl, but real friends don't do that. Writers ruined Andie's character just to start all this "Pacey & Joey" thing. I was a teen back then and I hated it.

Social media has such a grasp on people nowadays, because of that everyone would really be in the moment instead of wanting to perfect it for a post to get likes. Music and movies were more interesting in my opinion, there wasn’t advanced technology to fake music like they do now.

Part of me wishes I had more recorded from that time but part of me is also super happy that I don't! Youre right - we were always in the moment with one another - we had no other choice! I was a teen when the show started. Some teens back then mocked the show because the dialogue was too mature but I found it entertaining. I also totally loved Katie Holmes as Joey back then I had a big crush on her.
While I still like some of current shows I like my old favourite shows from the 90’s and early 00’s more. They just have a different vibe.

I am 38 today. Over 20 years ago my sister had to tape the episodes on Sunday when I was playing football with my team. Even today I have the soundtrack on an old mp3 player. I fell in love with Joey the moment I saw her in her yellow sweater in the "breakfast club" episode! It was the first time ever I saw Katie Holmes. Great show and soundtrack. Awesome dialogues. Until today I quote from that show. Iconic actors. The all look fantastic.

I did love watching Dawson’s creek. I grew up watching them and now I am a similar age to all of them. I get emotional watching them all over again as I feel for the characters within their storylines.
Seasons 3, 4 and the last season will forever be my favorites.

They weren't invited and they were upset about it. Also Joey's sister should have been there!

Bodie should’ve been on there as well and the principle they both had good effects on it and A.I. Brooks he saved the show during its writer block season

Dawson's dad died in season 4, his mom should of been there.
Years and years later and I still list it as one of my top ten favorite shows.

I’ve been watching this all day for three days and I’m on season 5 episode 4 and I cry almost every episode. I haven’t seen these since they aired but I’m like oh I remember this one oh I remember this one. Sometimes, logistically there are some problems tbh but it’s a great show. Thank to all the people involved.
Dawsons creek was my favorite show growing up, it was my go for any mood.
I actually ended up moving Wilmington, N.C in 2009 by coincidence, my exhusband was military, we had our daughter there. U remember visiting all the filming hot spots and being in awe cause so much looked the same as in the shows. Thank yoy to whomever made the series, I appreciate you!

I'm on season 5 right now. Pacey is my favorite character! Love him so much and I get in my feelings every time he gets treated unfairly

I am 35 and this show brings back my teen years so much! I am so grateful to have this show when I did I went through a lot as a child and I could relate to every character in ways that help me get through some of the toughest things in my life. Right now I am on episode 4 season 1 and it brings me right back to the good old days. I can remember the chips I ate and even smells this show was like a visual soundtrack to my youth. Never understoon why they made Audrey a main character, she was (in my opinion) the worst character, they should have kept Andie for the later seasons instead (my opinion)

This will be always my favorite show! Dawson was my absolute favorite and even still to this day will be my forever crush. This melts my heart and makes me feel so warm inside even thinking back. I never was in a show like I was this one. Maybe because it was my younger years too and they were little older then me but still. I absolutely loved it. Many tears, many laughs, many heart breaks. I loved it and completely helped me through mine!

I only caught a few episodes here & there while this aired. I JUST finished the whole series. It made me laugh, made me cry. I absolutely loved it! Great dialogue, great acting, great cast & cast chemistry. Solid classic. I was in my twenties when this first aired... glad to have grown up before social media, I can so relate to these guys.
Joshua was already seasoned by the time he filmed Dawson's Creek. He was in the Mighty Ducks Trilogy series

I don't feel like it. I just turned 30. And I remember it premiering in Jan because the network promoted the hell out of the show and when it premiered it had good ratings. But I didn't watch it again until the near end of season 3 when Pacey and Joey started feel in each other. Because I forgot about it then one day it was in tv and I remembered that I watched it was on tv and I remembered watching the first ep. I loved it so much I use to write Dawson's Creek Wed 8/7c everyday on the corner of my school desk and work papers everyday. And I was so excited and giddy every Wednesay. I recorder the whole last season on VHS when they did the countdown to the final episode. My heart was breaking. I really miss the WB and other 90's shows that I grew up watching

Dawson Creek is pure art and a true gem.
The first 3 series are pure art, the creator put in all himself, the result is a picture of teen age, where everyone can see himself in.
The language and cultural reference of the show are the way that the creator use to speak.
Dawson Creek is the best series ever and a true gem at the same point of a literature opera.
