I think counter balance valve must be on cylinder bottom hose or line to withstand the load. Otherwise invert the cylinder position. Sorry if I am wrong.

sir ,normally counterbalance valve working pressure is 1.3 times of load pressure. that means for activating Counter balance ,combination of internal and external pressure must be little bit higher than the load pressure. my question is if set pr is more than 1.3 times than how this valve activated?

Please made DRG. Of hydraulic circuit of operating four cylinder at the same time but return is in different time due to its work.and three cylinders are of I'd 63mm & two are of I'd 50mm. We have used one master valve too. Now when we operate the system we can't control the feed of cylinders because we want very slow speed for 3 and some high for 2 cylinders.
We used 3lpm pump & 2 HP motor and need only 50 kg pressure.
We have used simple flow control valves on forward position but feed become slow after two or three operations.
We can't set our feed constantly.
Please suggest and make DRG. Or video on this operation.
I have seen your all videos but cannot find acurate solution.
Please help to find solution.
