I actually feel so bad for Azulo Productions. Odds are only a small portion of the people who saw the music stream/video also saw this stream/video, so these accusations might have really fucked him

his video did end up getting a messed up like/dislike ratio on his song because of it, which do suck.
He did get messed up. But you have to admit the way he typed the message seemed like he was being kind of an ass and calling Lud stupid for making a small slip up. It’s easy to understand how he got the two mixed up.

But honestly, Lud kind of dropped the ball on that one from the get go. People called him out in chat and on the subreddit, and I'm surprised it took so long to address the matter. Also, as an English/Journalism double major, Ludwig should understand the definition of plagiarism _and_ what it means to seek out the truth. Really a shame that he didn't address the objections when this issue first arose, but glad that he ultimately came around to it.

For the CZcams frogs who did not witness the entire unban forms stream, I implore you to hear the plight of _m0ppu_ .
The user _m0ppu_ , a Ludwig follower since summer 2019, made a comment during the Ludwig Ahgren Championship Series (Lud's Melee tournament) asking if Slime and the Crimson Blur were on the same competitive level. He was banned on the spot by Slime for even _suggesting_ that Blur is anywhere near his level. Later, during the unban forms stream, _m0ppu_ was unbanned by chat having demonstrated forgiveness for having compared the two at all. However, the "reformed" COO Slime requested that he use his *one time* to keep _m0ppu_ banned, suggesting that he could easily beat Blur _a hundred times in a row_ . This is where things get interesting...
Ludwig, feeling sorry for the poor chatter who had clearly learned their lesson, proposed a *duel* . If Slime could defeat the Crimson Blur a measly _twenty_ times in a row in Melee, then he shalt remained banned. However, if Blur were to take a single win over Slime before reaching twenty, _m0ppu_ would be free to roam chat once more. And so, the two Melee aficionados engaged in their duel. But, after a mere three rounds in, Slime in his overconfidence blundered his Captain Falcon against the unforgiving Marth, and lost the duel to Blur. Now one would expect that given the terms of the engagement, _m0ppu_ would be free to rejoin chat. *BUT* , with a solemn heart I must inform you that a great injustice was acted upon him. After his actions were misrepresented before Blur, _m0ppu_ remained banned as provided by Blur's consent.
From that point on, , the Melee oldhead who never intended any malicious intent, has been exiled from Ludwig's community. To paraphrase Slime, _m0ppu_ was told "if something like this happens to you, just start your own stream".
I remember an ancient time when Ludwig was an apprentice to someone we all admired... Someone who spoke _for the people_ ; a *_peoples champ_* so to speak. I hoped that Ludwig, who had learned much from this scholar, would also represent the people in times like these. And just as Ludwig represented the people by providing justice to AzuloProductions, I hope that he too recognizes this injustice to _m0ppu_ .
As for now, all we can do is recognize his sacrifice as Slime's one-time, and express that he will be missed. ludwig7

Ok so if you go to the UK stream around 15 minutes she says “why do you do it why don’t ur mods do it” and ludwig replies, and she says “I just clap my hands” *claps* “and they do it for me” i guess my comment about her endorsing slavery is using her mods as slaves to do the “dirty work” for her, especially paired with the clap it was kinda funny.
Yeah, even without context I could tell it was a joke based on something someone said on stream. I don't get why Ludwig took it so seriously. Didn't even think it was controversial to make slave jokes

I love lud, but he always puts these out of context remarks in a bubble and doesn't try to think about it at all. I get that it should be up to the person who was banned to provide context, but it's still really lame to me (and let's be real, even then he still is usually harsh on them even tho half of his brand is make weirdchamp comments that sound horrible without context but that's a different conversation). Also if you took p much any clip from @nocontextludwig on twitter then I think mods would consider it worthy of a ban... if it wasn't ludwig.
This is literally the only content I don't like from lud + it makes chat more toxic :(

How do you accidentally ban someone who's existence you never even knew about. How many more people have been banned the way?!? Lud's chat only goes downhill. It's not even safe to stay quiet.
So I might be wrong but the guy who said something about qt and slavery, I think it was about when Lud and her mentioned how Australia was a slave/prisoner colony and maybe qt made a joke about it which made this guy say “qt endorsed slavery”. When Lud went and looked back at it out of context it just sounds insane that someone would say that but I don’t think it was in the wrong intentions.
To explain the last comment, my theory is that it was a person that was banned on a different account, and since twitch IP bans the “Roukah” account was used as a back up and was also banned from all the other channels the OG account was banned from. Unbanning Roukah MAYBE unbanned the OG account as well I’m not sure. But that would explain why they did not follow Lud and why they had 0 messages in all those chats

This is a lot fresher than the older unban videos were getting because a bunch of people was trying to get banned on purpose so they could get to the unban forum out to get on stream while making jokes. Actually feels like real chatters were trying to get unbanned this time. Good revived content. Although you'll have to cycle off of it once people try to start abusing it again.

first of all, even if he copied, the work is different enough to go along with basic rules of thumb for free use. Melodies are pushing it but even if Azulo Productions was copying, there shouldnt be a problem. Songs get sampled, resampled, and remixed. Its just how it works
