I can’t stand David goggins honestly. That isnt confidence he touts, it’s insecurity. Dude acts like working out all the time is some sort of secret when in reality it’s a defensive mechanism he uses to make sure he doesn’t hate himself. I used to be him back in school and college when I thought the gym was everything when it really isn’t. I’m not that fool anymore though who will be easily swayed by such hollow principles. It’s really not difficult to workout. The difficult part is starting the routine. This guy however just thinks putting people down will make them better, he’s just andrew tate without the sex trafficking charges.
