Thank you for sharing! I have been using a disc system prayer journal. I before I just had prayers stored but this year I added a vision board and word of the year. I have a video up on my channel. It’s a long one so you can speed it up and get a snack. Lol! Looking forward to February’s study. God bless!

And yes to rhythms and routines. I have ADHD, and I find myself wanting to create a daily habit involving prayer and Bible study. Having well-established routines and habits are finally essential for me to maintain order in my life. Otherwise, well, ADHD happens, LOL! But then I start to feel like it's forced. As I watched your video I'm realizing that it is the evil one who is telling me that it is inauthentic to have scheduled time for prayer and study, versus allowing the Holy Spirit to guide me into spontaneous study. All this has done is allowed for days and sometimes weeks on end to pass by between studies. Smh. He's a wily one...
