Why COMELEC is the one investigating the issue which was raised by other entity, why not COMELEC being investigated as well. Dapat may mataas na parusa sa mga COMELEC officials na nagpa participate sa ganyan dahil na a apektuhan ang sovereignty ng bansa natin gawa nila.

First of all the comelec should be abolish. Just look at the Bamban Tarlac mayor who turn out to be Chinese nationals. Second change the system. The Philippines already have the most liberal law when it comes to foreign investment. There is no need for constitution change. The problem is the bureaucracy which is the system of administration marked by officialism, red tape, and proliferation. Then the most important part is to ban politicians who have committed plundering from running AGAIN in the seat of government position.

We are Born in the House with the Help of Mananabang a Visayan Language same as the Midwife. Our Parents Registered Their Children in the Catholic church,not in Civil Registral . I Late Registered for the Live Birth at the Age of 36 Because for Getting the Passports. I Finished the Elementary school, Finished High School and Studied in College 4th Year in Bachelor of science in Mechanical Engineering , Without Asking for a Birth certificates. I'm a Filipino Voter before I Registered for the Live Birth , No problem in Comission On Elections.
