Best utilization of space for open-air concept that I have seen among display homes shown in DFW. Exceptionally well-designed; each room has unique feel and appointment. Some of the light fixtures don't do justice to the spaces they are hanging in. The framing of windows with punched effect and perfect expanse lives up to " grand ". The staircase is central and where you would want to reach any other part of the house from. Walking into this house is a welcoming experience, and I haven't even been in it.

I reviewed that home, I just didnt like looking out at 2nd floor, on to the pool, with seeing the neighboor’s home next door.
