This combination has a very appealing sound.
Could not afford them in 1969 or 1970, it was a foggy time, so I bought the 2ax. Loved them for years.

AR benchmark sound, musical, clean, non spitty, natural.
I've found many are midrange forward in certain areas.

I've got ar58s. Amazing sound. Low lows, perfect highs. The definition is second to none.
