190.000km... pls my car have 250.000 xD crashed 3 time (airbag didnt opened, only small damages so got a nice repair) new cylinder head (replaced at 240.000) Now the next replace will be a transmission cuz u rly need to be strong to get in reverse and sometime in first gear :D I love this car and never gonna sell it, only if i crash with it too hard or the rust eats it up (actually have no rust)
I have changed more than 8 cars, but I will never sell my fabia... It was a gift from my father 21 years before (2001) ...This car is a part of my life.. Don't replace transmission ,,, Just need adjustment and cleaning / lubricating from front.... I have adjust it many times... The only part that you need to be carefull w this car is the water thermal valve. I have it with LPG more than 12 years , with 180.000km... I need to replace valve chain and Lamda sensors , and continue to drain it for another 20 years :)
@@GreekOrc like 2 months ago i "reseted" the first gear + then adjusted the gear. Now it takes easily all gear but still weird sounds coming from it :( but first i change the oil pump + sensor cuz after a 70-100km the oil lamp start blinking while oil is clean and full. As a veteran fabia owner, maybe u have a tip for me: every first time when i go somewhere and change up to second gear and i try to accelrate, my car lose the power for ~1sec like doesnt respond to the gaspedal. I checked for errors in computer but there is no error :/ if i stop for 30 min or use the car everyday, there is no problem, but if doesnt use the car atleast 2 day, the problem is occour again. Sry for my shit english, i hope u can understand me :D + thx for the tip for the thermal valve. I know this engine can get easily damaged if the cooling is not good enough.
Dzień dobry Widzę że to jest w okolicach Wrocławia Posiadam taką samą tylko 60 km Może ktoś wie fachowca w tych silnikach 1.4 MPI? Nie mogę znaleźć, dlaczego falują obroty na biegu jałowym.
Mam identyczną, od momentu wciśnięcia gazu do faktycznego odczucia mija około sekundy. Mega irytujące. W Peugocie 206 z porównywalną mocą lepiej to działa.
@@lukasadamson6091 Not at all. They are not reliable. Never had so many issues with an engine. They are not fuel efficient at all, mpi engines use old technology and are less efficient than a Passat v6. They are extremely slow as well, they feel really tired and weak.

I had once the 101 HP version. All was fine until it started to eat oil, and the engine blow out on Autobahn.

@@PresidentDrive It was AUB engine which was a bad one. Got replaced by BBZ, a better one.

@@PresidentDrive Had the car between 2007 and 2012. Know a lot about that model. The engine is actually from Golf 4.

@@lukasadamson6091 Not at all. They are not reliable. Never had so many issues with an engine. They are not fuel efficient at all, mpi engines use old technology and are less efficient than a Passat v6. They are extremely slow as well, they feel really tired and weak.
