This is my Nissan 200SX S14A with a SR20 blacktop. Previous owner claimed it had 350hp. So I want to put it to the test. My SR20 has Forged Internals. Bigger turbo (Borg Warner EFR7163). 1000cc Injectors. Splitrire upgraded coils. Upgraded HKS cams. Upgraded oil system og cooling system. We tuned this at 1.1 bar of boost. I am already liking my new Nissan. the S14a Kouki. The boosted cookie.
So stocked to find out how much power this beast makes! More power than my M3 actually 🔥🤷🏼♂️ Hope you enjoy!

First off, intresting video. Second, I'm sorry to say, if you make 326 wheel hp, there is no way you have 400 crank hp. Drivetrain loss on S14 chassies are at max 13%. You are now calculating as its 23%. Reason I say this is becasue I had about 11% loss in my S15 silvia. . Also measuring at hub dyno is different from a rolling road roller dyno. Regards from sweden.
Yeah :) this is not my area of expertiece, my tuner said around 400 would be the correct number, but i have no clue

that power curve looks kinda bad. that dip in the middle should not be there?? the cams ain't that aggressive?? the tuner should be able to tune around that vvl activation?

Or bad boostcontroll. The wastegate should open smooth and it should not create dips in the curve.

There is a difference in terms of the powerline between that engine and the S54, because as you said this SR20 is heavily modified with turbo etc, while S54 is, let's say, a normal straight 6 engine without being tuned, both can not be compared.

Nah keep it stock. Dunno what cops are like where you are but here, that's a defect and possible over the pit and full inspection depending on how bad of a mood the cops in . I'd be more worried and the flat line on the dyno graph . Should be a nice curve till redline

Out of curiosity why is the oil filter relocated to the hot side of the engine? Wouldn't it be an issue with heat? :)

326 At the wheels is around 370 to 375 at the crank man. Is your turbo maxed out?

Fahre Films true better be safe then sorry. However you do have forged internals so they can handle it. Nissan motors are 💪
@@FahreFilms with 1000cc injectors splitfire coils bigger turbo .83 rear housing and 3inch exhaust fmic and 460lph pump . Not alone your forged bottom end . All I'd do is head studs and gaskets and you should see around 270-300 rwkw roughly 380-400hp on about 20 pounds of boost and E85 . Pump gas around same power but 27 pounds . From my experience building them (mainly RBs) with same power these were the mods I done and the power was extremely reliable. You should look into 6boost steam pipe manifolds and Garrett gtx3071 . Really nice combo for your motor I had similar but a gtx3076r . You've chosen a great platform to start a build mate . 200sx or s2 S14 as we call them here in Australia. SRs love boost and staying on it .
What did the car cost in Norwegian kroner?
I think that this is not 400hp, cause the losts on the wheels are always something about 40-60hp. So near 400 ;) When the engine is forged and turbo is EFR you can simply add boost and make I think easy 50 more. I would recommend just changing ecu to stand alone - power fc is an 'piggyback'. EMU, LINK, or Motec will be a lot SAFER for the car. Piggybacks are adding just fuel...old japanese tuning school when standalones were just for profi teams not for everday use

What's fuel consumption? I mean how much liters per 100km?
With stock cams, VVT and 400hp it can be as low as 7 liters per 100km
that's not a blacktop. it's a notchtop/slanttop.
400hp at the crank isnt 326hp at the wheels my guy its more
400hp on the flywheel you will not have an 70hp lose through the trans
I have that car and it has 900hp and 289mphwith carbon fiber hood and carbon fiber wing and a police paint job with the sirens
