This young lady is a gift to the world and I know I can learn something useful from her even though I'm in my 60's. We all have things we can get bummed out about and yet, some people are positive in their outlook! I lost four people that were very close to me (one was my wife: cancer) in the span of a three year period (2009-2012). It was the lowest I'd ever felt in my life. I felt a bit like JOB in the Old Testament. People might wonder how you can get through a thing like that? Well, it isn't complicated...... you get through it because you don't have any other choice! You either get busy living or get busy dying (first inside and then outside,.... in reality. Be Positive, be healthy, and Count your Blessings? Heck Yeah! Your darn tootin', that's great advice for the continuation of life. I decided that as long as I can serve GOD each day and be of use and help to people,... I still had a purpose and I had things to be thankful for. I used to be a police officer and I've seen people give up on life and die. It really is tragic and unnecessary. Lettice, you are one of my blessings. I put you right in the group with my granddaughter and grandson and my great grandson, he does keep me going. The kids are mountain runners and do 15 or 20 miles with a plus elevation of sometimes 6,500 feet. Not something this old man would do. I stay busy in the garden and do walking and hiking with my dog. I do not take dog in the summer as we have rattle snakes and I do not want her to get injected. There are not a lot but she is a terrier and you know how they are. Well I will not bother you , just know you are in my prayers and do wish you peace and health. ttfn

My parents committed suicide and when I hit rock bottom my daughter keeps me afloat. I am blessed as I see that my problems are minute compared to the many dying daily where I work. I see death every day and have to motivate others because they depend on my positive attitude.

Made this list thanks to you :)
1. I mowed two lawns while they weren't looking. :) lol, after I did one for a friend. 2. I met an old friend and chatted for a few hours. :) 3. I fed a hungry dog a few handfuls of doggy snacks. 4. I drank good water instead of Gatorade and coffee all day. 5. watered the bucket garden. 6. I rearranged the vehicles so the wifey could get out easier. 7. and forgot to eat. Time to cook for the wife before she gets up i guess. And 8. I lined up work for tomorrow. :) 9. I tuned in to get a boost from Lettice Rowbotham. I think I'm in love with you. This is the first time something like this happens to me. I've been asked before who 's your favorite artist and before I met you my answer was always something like: "that's such an unfair question to ask. the universe of artists doing an amazing variety of wonders is beyond words. I could never answer that question. I love music, I love art. every bit of it." And then, you appeared, like two days ago in my reality. And I've been watching videos about you and it's so hard not to fall for you immediately. This is so weird. Funny how I've always disliked groupies and now I seem to have become one. I think I'll kindly hit the subscribe button and for the first time in my life I'll have an answer to that question.
