The Ultimate J35Y Catalytic Converter Comparison! We compare RV6, Magnaflow and stock cats!

I wanted to find a legal way to make the most power without a CEL or the need to flash the ECU. I decided to compare RV6, Magnaflow and stock Catalytic converters, which is better?

RV6 ended their sale of the test pipes for the J35Y they dubbed "Max Power" as an alternative to their "Clean High flow pre-cat" or HFPC. The problem was that they still threw a CEL. Long story short, turning off the secondary O2 sensor on Ktuner also obviously immobilized two monitors. However, my state allows only one monitor to be not ready and I had two. My inspection at the time was expired, and I needed my car to drive to work. Luckily, the Magnaflow Cats came through and I was able to pass emissions with a stock tune. She's now FBO and legal!
I decided to make this video because mid-teardown I discovered a few tips and pointers to help anyone interested in gaining more power without a CEL.
If you have an RV6 Jpipe and want to go Magnaflow, you will also want to watch this video, you will need an O2 pipe plug. Retain Rv6-jpipe gaskets.
Unfortunately, the Magnaflow cats are NOT for sale in California, but they are sold in any other state. Below are the ones I bought.

These gaskets worked just fine, I prefer these over the other style. I also retained the EGR gaskets.

So a new problem arose as I edited this, I saw something new during my oil change. Only lasts a few weeks before it's black with grit and small pcs of metal. I will keep it factory-tuned until I can see a professional tuner. I don't recommend using the type 1 tune that comes standard with the Ktuner, it's possible that its been causing issues this whole time since it's not really based on my exact setup, it could be causing detonation? Could it be the oil filters I bought on Ebay?
