Jury Recommends Life Sentence for Kentucky Killer Brice Rhodes

- A jury recommended a sentence of life in prison without parole for triple murderer Brice Rhodes. The Kentucky man was convicted of killing three people back in May 2016. Rhodes' judge will weigh the jury’s recommendation and he is scheduled to officially be sentenced in March 2024.

He hasn't been sentenced yet. That will occur in March 2024. They all decided on an exact date in March in the video. Life without the possibility of parole and the years for tampering with a corpse are sentences that the jury "recommended". The judge will ultimately decide the sentencing and deliver it in March.

It’s a nervous habit that a lot of people do. He nodded, gave a thumbs up, then shook his attorneys’ hands and said “good job.” He’s a monster, but this specific behavior was not evidence of it.

Procedural steps to ensure all Ts are crossed and all Is are dotted. He basically got sentenced today, the official handing down of it is a mere formality.

I’m glad they recommended the sentences as consecutive. He should never get out. He has no respect for the victims or families in the way he behaved in court. He was loud, rude, hostile and offensive right through the court case. People have the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty but he behaved like this was a drain on his time and that he deserved special treatment and this was all personal.

2. This is strange. How did Brice Rhodes behave decently during this trial? If he had as much discipline in his life and the rest of the trial, he would fare far better than today.
Before trial they said they were making him wear something called a pro cuff ) I believe it's called) around his ankle, it was one of those like heavy duty kind. Made him wear it because of hie continueos outburst in court.

No doubt that some defending him may become his pen pal or want to marry this killer after he is incarcerated. I once had a young, homely employee that spent all day on Love A Prisoner sites instead of doing her assigned office work. I was shocked to learn there were so many sites like that. It boggles the mind that so many misguided girls are influenced to pledge their eternal love and devotion to felons in prison! She had several "online lovers," all creepy criminals.
