Hi Gemini! Colleen ^^^ loves Mustangs too! We've had some Mustangs over the years. Most notably, we have had 2 Mustang SVO's. They made them from 1984 to 1986, and they were different than the other Mustangs at the time. They had a turbo-charged 4 cylinder engine which the guys who like the V-8's hated. The funny thing was, the SVO's were just as fast as their V-8's were. There were some very nice Mustangs at this show, but no SVO's. They're hard to find. I wish we still had one. So enjoyed seeing all those amazing cars. My brother has three antique cars that he fully redid himself. They are gorgeous. He is in Campbell River. He didnât attend this Show and shine. Usually he does with the car club. These days all the cars look the same. Back in our day, cars had their own look and personality. Today we saw a Cadillac while out shopping and compared to the Cadillacs of my era there is no comparison. Love the mustangs. A fav of ours for sure!! Thanks for the memories Julie.đ„°đđ»
Hi Colleen! I may have seen some of your brother's cars. We did go to a car show in Campbell River last year. I did a video on that one too. I know what you mean about a lot of cars looking more or less the same these days. Back in the early 2000's they came out with the PT Cruiser. I loved them! They were different, and retro-looking like the old cars! To this day, some people hate them. They're a 'You either love them or you don't' car. We had two of them, and I cried when Dave decided to sell them. đ I loved my PT's, and we had so much fun going to the PT Cruiser shows. Everybody would modify their cars, and it was so awesome to see! There were some really nice Mustangs at that show. I didn't even take pictures of all of the cars. It's a huge show, and there are lots of people walking around, so you can't capture all of it. You're very welcome, and have a great day my friend! đđ„°đ€
Hi Julie, very cool! I haven't been to anything like that in many years. In the summer people bring their cars to the Canadian Tire parking lot on Sunday evenings. My uncle has a camaro that he's put a lot of money into.
Hi Sonya! We used to go to the cruise night at Canadian Tire all of the time, plus there was one during the week at Westmount Mall that we went to. Our PT Cruiser club would all meet there to show their cars and have fun. Those were great times! đ„° I hope you're staying cool in that heatwave! Have a great day my friend! đđ„°đ€
@@Julie_at_MyWonderfulBCLife today is quite nice at 21°! I can live with that. Yeah it's a small world! My uncle never had children so he put everything into his Camaro. He's in his 70s now but still has the car. Neither of my brothers had children either so my kids never had cousins to grow up with. My husband has a half brother that has 2 sons but they are in the Ukraine. Come to think of it I only have one cousin in Canada. Well I'm going to watch your latest haul video now. Take care my friend
