When you fill it up with gas you can open the gas door then close the drives door to keep heat in the van, non issue.

Have decided on the Transit over the Sprinter for a conversion. Now trying to decide on AWD or not, 350 vs. 250?? Is there a MPG difference?? Not sure if I want medium length or longer one as you showed in video! I'm retiring from teaching next year (40 yrs.) & having a professional company do my build out exactly as I want it. I will be living in it full time going from town to town every week! Eco-Boost seems neat, but does it take away from MPG?

I'm looking to get a Chevy Express Cargo van with a 6.6 L L8T naturally expired small-block 400 that has 401 horsepower. With no turbos. With a cast-iron block you could easily put a cup of turbo's on that engine and dual exhaust That thing will fly by anything on the road.. I would not be one bit surprised if it flies by that twin turbo 6 cylinder or two without anything being done to it.
