Love watching your videos man. Keep up the great work 🙏
Aww, Thank you Henry! Will do!
Sweet! You've got my attention with this one. I like the seat idea too. Can't wait to see it rolling.
Coming soon....lol.
That thing looks like it would be a blast can't wait to see the video on that thing speed and how quick another cool ride my friend catch you on the next one
I will be there, just make sure you are too brother...lol.
Excellent presentation. Makes me want one.
Thank you. Gotta be careful on this one.
Great Video !!! Thank You for doing it..
No problem.
You have such a fun collection! Great diversity in the portfolio. I love the Moby Dick fountain/sculpture ♡‿♡ thank you for taking us there. Looking forward to the riding video :)
Yeah, I am really enjoying all the bikes. We have one more to show you guys before I call it quits.
I have the new one with the lithium battery. It came with the off-road tires just like yours, but I replaced them with actual motorcycle street tires which makes it go a little faster and takes bumps a lot better. I also upgraded the shocks and I got a backrest for my seat. This thing goes 35 on flat ground no problem and I weigh 185.
Nice. Was it hard to replace the tires?
I weight 190 and I can't go any faster than 23mph. Do you guys know if there something preventing me from going 30?? Everything checks out as far as battery and controller specs. My speed limiter is NOT connected. Ive been at it for months and it sucks seeing everyone else enjoy their scooter speeds
Thx for honest review. I see all these high powered scooters with off road tires and nobody says anything about them. Theyre improper for street riding.
No problem. I still am very careful when cornering.
You're a lotta things, Kid, but stoopid ain't one of 'em! Hey, that 'lectro scoot looks pretty nice...but mostly for an urban hang. I live out in the desert, a couple miles (well, more than a couple) from town, and it would be tough to use one. But I will follow your adventures with much interest. And congrats on FINALLY getting the title stuff worked out on your upcoming bike!
Thanks so much Vic. Well little brother, you keep an eye out for this next bike. It will get you out of the desert and into the city in no time. Then back to the house before they knew you were in the city....zoom, zoom. Your boy didn't drive all the way to Woodstock, Illinois to pick up some B.S.
just gonna like and comment. I can't play with one of these where I'm at but it looks fun.
Thanks Neo, naw this ones not for everyone.
I bought a very similar scooter a few months ago. The base and specs are the same, only with different components. I ordered a 22.5Ah lithium battery pack for it and been running that for a week now. Havent done a range test but with the lithium battery its just better off even though it costs quite alot. The first noticeable difference was the acceleration. Plus its a shitload lighter. And no sag. And not a hint of the power indicator lights dimming after 3 miles. But like i said, no range test yet. Maybe this weekend i will if the weather allows.
Awesome. Did you have to have to do any special wiring to get it done? I will be over-volting when I upgrade.Taking up to 60V, but really only need a 20Ah battery. I know the storage is superior, plus don't find myself taking this bike on long trips. Have a few more for that purpose.
@@kachiskid The conncetor for the battery is different so i had to change the connector leading to the controller. But it came with the set. I was thinking of doing a 60v conversion and maybe regret not doing so. Maybe i will in the future.
I have the same scooter and you don’t need to undo the bolts to get access to the battery compartment. lift up the aluminum cover where the seat area is and it should come up with enough force it is held down by Velcro for easy access to the battery compartment.
Thanks for the info! I will try that.
@@kachiskid no problem!
i have one of these.... but it's a Voltrium 'Rogue 2000'.... good for bush trails.
Yeah depending where you live they go by different names.
Hey, great video, what lithium battery do you recommend for this motor? Thanks
Thank you, I haven't made a final choice as of yet but most likely... www.ebay.com/itm/36-48-52-60V-17-5-20-25-30Ah-Ebike-Battery-for-350W-750W-1000W-1200W-2000W-Motor/353102461288?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&var=622306209223&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649
hey Kachi- thanks for the videos / I went out and bought the 48v 2000w mototec / it WAS torqy and fast...now loosing pwr fast and no top speed / do you have a video on CONVERTING TO LITHIUM LIKE YOU DO? (and did it even work out? - thanks
I have yet to do it. Been having a hard time getting the $500 it will cost. I will be doing it this winter. Just had a lot going on this last summer. 2 much.
Awesome video! I just purchased one from a friend.. But the original battery is dead.. He said I could buy a lithium battery to replace it.. But I'm not exactly sure which one to get? could you lead me in the right direction?
Thank you. Why of course. Sometime next month I will buy one and install on this bike. Currently having problems with the Lithium batteries, and could possibly be going after the industry. To many replacements. BMS's seem to be garbage. amzn.to/3IJ0MOc
Great video! I got one of these the other day, and so far I love it! However I don't understand what the red button on the right handle bar is for. It doesn't seem to need to be pressed to start. I looked through the manual but no mention of it. I haven't found info online either. Maybe I just don't know what to search.
Any thing you know would be greatly appreciated! Either way, thanks in advance!
10 out of 10 on the video!
Thank you! The red button is where the fun is...that is your turbo button. I show the magic of our red button in this video. czcams.com/video/9P8XWkwsZlY/video.html If you ever have a question, feel free to ask me.
@@kachiskid Thanks a Mil! I checked it out and am having a blast with the ride. Videos are very informative and easy to understand too. I'm even going to tell friends around the neighborhood to check out your channel!
Thanks again!
@@CHUCKSCHUMACHER No problem and Thank you! You be careful with that turbo button.
@@kachiskid yes sir! It's a powerful ride, I have a full face helmet and I've ridden with and with out and I honestly feel more confident with it. Not to mention it gets cold!
Indeed! We all love these bikes but safety, which includes careful handling, should always be utilized! 👍
I'm thinking about purchasing this cool awesome scooter but how long do you think the lead acid batteries will last on normal use?
I haven't had a chance to run it as a main bike, buy I think the batteries have held up really well. Very shortly I will be upgrading it to lithium.
Cool
Hey bro nice beast :) btw is there a big difference between escooter 48v 2000w vs escooter52v 1600w ? Mine curantly is the 52v im happy with the gains with my upgraded lithium battery 52v. Do u have suggestion for boost it even more ? Mine do 53kmh max speed
Thank you. The only other thing that I know of to boost your speed is change the back sprocket. I think they call it a hill climbing kit.
Manuel would u no wat problem if no power registering whn turn key 2000w 48v power board scooter
I have the 60v variant of this scooter and I can agree it is ridiculously powerful
Yeah it's crazy.
Is it reliable
@@erickonassis6310 well ive had it for a few years now and a few months ago,one of the hall sensor’s in the motor failed and rendered the motor as scrap metal,im thinking of getting a hub motor to replace it
I mean the pole the seat goes on , does your just pull out? I think my model has had some improvements as the instructions don't exactly match. Some of the instructions have been done or changed permanently. But should I just be able to pull a pin and remove the whole seat and make it standing only? Or just keep it in there because I honestly can not pull it back out
The little red button on the right handlebar changes the mode.
Really to dangerous to be standing only, the deck is to small. I have NEVER ridden without the seat.
What do you think is better between this and the Uberscoot 1600 Watt?
This! I would only take the 2000w 60v Chaos over this, I think. Even then they give you just a 14ah lithium battery so I would have to upgrade that one also. Not a fan on the plastic floorboards on either though, makes it look cheap.
The selller cancelled my order and am actually thinking of getting the MotoTec chaos version.. do you know any place selling them or a good place to look? Everywhere seems sold out
Bro, same problem I had. Thought I had a deal on ebay, then he found his warehouse didn't have any. At Dave's Big Toy's had the same problem but he was honest and told me it was going to take 4-6 weeks. I had him keep payment and 6 weeks later, had mine. I noticed they are sold out all over again also. Very hot item. This new batch, I noticed everyone got them at the same time. (Dave, Walmart, etc.) Mine was shipped from the warehouse in Wisconsin, once they got them from China. Yup MotoTec is based in Wisconsin. If I hadn't had that much money out there already I was going to buy the Chaos. Just not impressed with the floor board but, they already have a lithium that I will be paying $400+ to upgrade to. Plus it's 60V, isn't it?
Kachi's Kid yes someone canceled on eBay too. Did some research and saw the chaos with the 68v correct so I knew I wanted that one instead. I had a couple places tell me September, someone’s calling me tomorrow with an update so I will see then. But yes very hot item I can’t find one place that has it lol the struggle if I have to wait until September!
I’ve tried calling Dave’s big toys I think they never pick up?
@@sullectric email him, very responsive.
Kachi's Kid which email? I tried the sales one nothing back yet
I wonder why they put offroad tires on - seems a totally crazy idea. You probably lose 8 to 12 mph, plus they'll wear the battery down quicker. Be careful cornering in the wet bro, and get used to using that back brake.
Jeez, i can't even spell tyres
Yup, back brake is the only way to go with current setup. The tires (spelled correctly for "the states") stink on ice. Never ride in the wet, it will stop working almost immediately.
It is hard on turns. I wish I had some street slicks. Being a motorcycle driver , I am not able to lean into my turns with the knoby tires.
Do you think the chaos would be a big difference, I just got this online for 720 with all my coupons. .but if the CHAOS IS that much better I'll get one.
The Chaos is the 60v version right?
Yes
@@joeyferrugio8562 14AH is a little weak but still should get you 20 miles.
this thing is zip bang thank yo mam rat tat tat shakin' street ,i gotta get me one.
Lol...yes it is all that!
I got my 2000w motor install do u know what size chain your using and how many links
No, I'm not exactly sure.
I followed the manual connect the fuse and nothing does not load you have any advice I would appreciate it
Make sure it is charged. If completely charged check the fuse to make sure it isn't blown.
I purchased one. Is it loud when you ride it? mine sounds like a battle tank. I was wondering if a loud motor is normal.
No not at all. There should be a whizzing sound that gets louder as the engine raises, but mine is almost too silent.
Tighten your chain reduse noise from slack of chain
@@loyaltyovermoney5942 I put WD40 on the chain and it silenced it and actually made it ride way better. Thank you
@@alexanderdoorknocker im goning to try some my self
@@loyaltyovermoney5942 Do you have an agent in your country?
I can't figure out how to install the seat. I hammered it down in there and now I can't pull it out.
Did you take out the metal holder before hammering it in? If you look closely there should be 2 groves that the seat goes into. Then the pin goes in to secure the seat. Send either pics or a short video to kachiskid@gmail.com
I just bought the mototec 2000w 48v and it takes off slow I'm just wondering if I done something wrong during assembly.... gets up to speed in turbo mode but don't have the torqueness everyone is talking about
That is very odd, this thing has crazy torque. Now I weigh only about 165, but that shouldn't matter. Not sure if they changed because of complaints, or what.
Weight isn't the issue I don't think. I weigh about the same.... I've looked over everything made sure everything I did was correct. It has to be in the controller because when I hit the breaks the engine cuts out and takes 3 to 5 seconds to ramp back up. Once it ramps up it ramps up slow. But still goes 30 a top speeds just takes 100 yards to get there.
Can you take these things on sandy trails?
Trails with some sand, yes. Take down to the beach on loose sand, no.
You can upgrade to 52v battery 👌🏾♥️perfekt
Was thinking about the 60v.
Does this mototec 2000w scooter come with a brake light?
No it doesn't, I was thinking about the Uberscoot.
That looks like a widow maker! But fun 😆
Scary fun is still a type of fun...lol.
I love this thing but the mileage is trash. Economy mode gets 6.5 miles and fast mode is around 4. So,I just got one of these a month ago. I hit 40 mph on a downhill run, spilled and ate 30 feet of concrete, this thing is super dangerous but I still love it. Any ideas for getting lithium batteries, an upgraded controller, street tires, and or if I should just go ahead and buy deep cycle batteries!?! I can't find upgrades anywhere! Thanks man.
Thanks. Sorry to hear about your spill. If I go down on any of my bike, it will most likely be this one. Have you checked out my distance test video? I am getting 7 miles on fast mode and imagine 12 or so on economy. Upgrades lithium batts. and controllers can be found on Amazon, Ebay and alibaba. This summer, I will be doing one upgrade at a time, starting with the battery.

@@kachiskid I found an awesome battery "Lifepo4" for this on amazon 48v 20ah that fits. 5 amp charger, charges in less than an hour and a half. I'm pushing 40+ mph 7miles in 20 minutes. Hopefully the motor can handle it. Its getting pretty hot. The battery also has a BMS which is phenomenal for hills and overdraw/underdraw. The battery weighs significantly less and takes up less space so I added a 12v LiFepo4 in there and a l.e.d. ground effects kit and it became my "glovebox".lol. The neck nuts have to be tightened every few miles due to speed wobbles so tighten the loosening main bearing on the neck every so often, the chain tensioner has to be adjusted now and then and lubed but I'm still happy with it. 😊
@@tiggleberries6045 Bro, send a link to the battery. Did you add and extra fuse or just rocking the BMS?
@@kachiskid just the BMS. This b*tch is bada$$ now.

48v 20ah on amazon....
Hello friend, I have this same scooter, it arrived yesterday but I have no load.
When you turn the key, does the power meter turn on?
How fast does it go ?
Lol. Come on bro, you know you gotta keep watching. czcams.com/video/9P8XWkwsZlY/video.html
Named my bike Abby cause she gets me from A to B.
PERFECT!
Can this be used daily as a long mileage commuter?
Well the distance test will really tell us. Currently rated at 10 miles per charge on top speed mode.
I own this scooter....using turbo mode about half the time and a few stops along the way, my top speed will drop down to around 12-15 mph @ the 8 mile mark. I had to jump off and push up a short steep hill. The manufacturer claims 10-20 miles. I think a 20 mile range is a very bold estimate with this scooter... even in 100% econo mode. But I'm getting a Lithium battery next week, so that should change. Hope this helps.
@@victorf4349 let me know how the lithium battery performs I'm looking for a car alternative for short distance commute.
@@TheAcolyte01 will do. If i can get close to 30 miles on a charge, I'll be happy. The lithium battery costs just under $400. I paid $750 for the scooter. I love the performance of it, but the reality is that it is a lower to mid tier Chinese made scooter with chain driven technology. You might want to first check out other scooters.... with similar performance in the $1100-1200 price range.... that utilize hub motors instead of a chain. Just my 2 cents worth.
Does anyone know what the red button does??
Yes sir. pushed in (normal mode) left out (turbo mode). I cover it in my speed run video. czcams.com/video/9P8XWkwsZlY/video.html

What did you mean by the 47 watt motor won't be there long.
I'm sorry, timestamp what you are talking about.
I'm literally waring for my delivery. You mentioned you wanted to take the video before you remove the 47v . Should I not sign for the package and get the one with the 52v? I actually will be using this to get my son to school. It's 0.5 miles from house. I bought a child kit. I also applied alot discounts and got the scooter down to $730 with sales coupons. But if I am going to want a upgrade and this scooter is not good for road. Now I have buyer remorse. I never driven a scooter.
Will I be happy with this. And can I make it faster. Or just refuse the package and return for the Chaos? It is supposed to arrive any minute.
