The detail and material on the Acne Studios boots is unmatched. If you hadn’t told us the brands and just shown the boots, I would have said the same thing. I hope you kept that pair. They look like they would get softer and more comfortable the more they are worn. It’s a forever piece.

I think probably the first outfit with the crochet skirt because it's more unique and very cute. I prefer the Acne Studios boots also, for the reason that they come higher up the leg and have a bit more edge. I'm not familiar with what other people would wear to June teenth but if its a Music Festival vibe then that would be a great outfit. The other dress is very nice but it gives more of a Pool Party vibe from where I'm sitting.
That whole look of the crochet skirt, cowboy hat and black top is everything, especially the Acne boot with the ankle chaps that serves no purpose but serves purposefully nevertheless is the one!!!

If you like the style of boot you might like a Frye “harness” boot. Plush quality leather, I think with a stacked leather sole and heel. Lifetime quality for $300 or so. Maybe less!

I'm from the 1900's when we placed doilies on furniture, lamps and couch arms. The skirt is a interesting way to reuse them. However $600 is very high.
Remember the doilies also. My grandmother made a some, both round & rectangular. The crocheted skirt does remind me of doilies put together. It is cute but also feel the price is high!
