There's no way in hell that fan will could even put a dent in that CRT other than some plastic flying. I took a baseball bat after some CRT's and couldn't break them.
The outcome was obvious. .. it would've been interesting if you could make a fan that size hover. .. with that motor I'm pretty sure you could think of a way of achieving that ... cool experiment though Aloha ....
