I had a narcissistic home care client that had cardiac arrest. Ended up giving CPR and took 3 paramedics to get him on floor to shock him with aed. Crazy part , he never turned from wickedness . I eventually had to leave him.
I admire that hospital, which turned that lawyer intro a human being.
The lawyer was too arrogant and she thought her money could fix everything. This maid was formerly a doctor who knew the client's condition. Double-edged sword indeed!!

I think the older lady was very stressed out and overworked and that added to her pressure.... but it was still no excuse to speak to that young woman like that..... it's good that that made was there.. never judge a book by it's cover because you don't really know who anyone is inside until you get to know them... and good going made you stood your ground and you did the right thing .... you saved a life.......👍😁💜

One thing I have learnt in my life, most people cope by projecting, that is, when they are unhappy in their own lives , they treat others badly...even if she was a lawyer, that's all she had, a job to feed her, but maybe she wasn't happy in her life... it ofcourse doesn't excuse her behaviour but it's really nice to see that she changed herself afterwards...and the maid is a very nice person who doesn't change for the worse even in bad situation, even if she was struggling in her life, she kept moving forward with grace...and the doctor who helped her, it's amazing...

This is the reality of many professionals who come to the united states. I had family in Mexico and Guatemala who where Engineers, Dentist and Lawyers in their home country but are cleaning ladies or baby sitter and dishwashers here in the US. They are not given the opportunity and To get their degree here will be tough, language issues and becoming resident or citizen is their major road blocks.
Respect is the key...you don't have to like the person ...and never judge a person by the job that they do..you never know.A job or a degree wealth does not make a person a human...respect and appreciation.

This.Lawyer was unnecessarily arrogant and rude to this innocent hard working maid who was kind to her and didnt deserve to be treated this way . Having a heart attack and being helped by this young maids kindness taught her a valuable lesson in humility , in being humble and kind . I think she was truly grateful to be alive after what she went theough and sorry and ashamed for tbe way she treated her because of her ethinicty.We should all always think before speaking and taking our bad day ourt on someone as words are very powerful and have meaning as once they are out and spoken you cant take them back . God bless this sweet maid as she kindly forgave her. Its so nice to see how grateful this woman was for having her life saved and how she helped this kind maid who helped save her life . God bless them both.🌹💖💖🎉

1:21 I’d agree with the terms if there was a scale or some way to determine if she is satisfied. Because, let’s be realistic. If the maid agrees with no way to determine satisfaction, the lawyer can just say “I’m not satisfied” regardless if it was perfectly done.

She was her attendent, she didn't have any other guardian and so yes they did.
